Ten Day Stay at Sparkling Waters was a Sparkling Success

This home is in a new development in Waikoloa Beach. The homes are thoughtfully designed, constructed, and maintained. The home is very private, well landscaped and has a lot of lawn space for play. The pool and hot tube are great and the covered lanai has a comfy seating area and dining space, large enough for our 10 member family. The four bedroom home is high quality and well maintained. Bed linens, towels and mattresses were all high end quality. The home provided a great spot for our weeklong Thanksgiving vacation, and exceeded our expectations.

Fabulous pool & home

The pool was a big hit with our young teens. They had the volleyball net up and had an hours of fun. The home was well cared for, everything one could think of was on site. We had an excellent stay!

What a treat!

We stayed here to celebrate my father in laws 75th birthday and it was perfect! The house is completely loaded! If you can think of it they probably have it. Our kids loved the pool and the volleyball net was definitely put to work for some tournaments. The extras in the garage were perfection for our beach trips. Boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, towels and chairs. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The house came with it all. Now to the pool alarm… Alarm is very annoying but once figured out it was no big deal. We did wish there was an option to keep the doors open and the screen shut with out the alarm going crazy. Overall we had a great stay! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much for opening your house.

Family Reunion

A truly wonderful house and prime location with everything a family will need. Close to terrific beaches, reactants, and shopping, but yet in your own private paradise. Having your own private pool and hot tub was a total hit with everyone, especially the kids. The pool allarm is a nuisance, but it’s the law so live with it-it’s a first world problem! A truly perfect place for our reunion.

Home away from Home

It's a great property for multiple people (or big family). It has all of the amenities for staying in and preparing meals. Eating out options are available with quick few minute drive. Beach gears are fully stocked with tents, umbrellas, cooler, trolley, you name it they have it. When the beaches are too packed, staying in and hanging out at the house pool is nice. The only small inconvenience is sharing the master bath with the room next to it.

One week stay

The property was beautiful and decorated immaculately. The garage is full of all the beach umbrellas, chairs and misc stuff that you'll need for beach time. The layout of the house is a bit odd but manageable. We did see ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The pool was supposed to be heated and may have been but not to the comfortable temperature stated. It was always too cool to enjoy staying in for any length of time. This really impacted the amount of time we would have stayed in the pool. I called the property manager several times to let them know and asked them to send someone out to check on the pool heater. That never happened and this was never resolved to our satisfaction. The spa did heat up and was enjoyable.

Stayed here with my family and sister’s family. Age ranges were as young as 12 all the way up to 75. House was clean, well stocked with everything we would need to enjoy our stay. Home provided beach items we could use while we stayed there and the pool was a hit with everyone (had some crazy games of valley all out there). Once you get used to how to use the sliding door alarm (lol) this place is highly recommended for all. Very close to restaurants and hotel shopping and local shops and stores as well. I don’t typically write reviews, I would stay here again if we were visiting the island.

Beautiful place

It's a beautiful, new home with modern conveniences. Loved the quiet new neighborhood close to Queen's and King's Shops. Great pool and nice extras like bikes and beach gear. We were sad that the hammock and pool net seen in the pictures were not available. The sliding door alarms are a real drag, but required by law it seems. Great management.

Amazing Family Vacation

Our family of 10 (6 adults and children 9,7,5 and 3) loved everything about our week at Sparkling Waters! We spent most of our time at the house because the purpose of our trip was to enjoy being together but there was plenty to do when we wanted to venture out. The pool and all the supplies that came with it a perfect for our family…. we spent almost every day in the pool most of the day. Some of us spent more time under the lanai which was wonderful to be able to relax and see the kids enjoying the pool. We loved the fact that there were two sections to the lanai one for dining and one for relaxing. The supplies in the kitchen were beyond what we have found in most of our rentals…. even champagne flutes for when we celebrated our 50th anniversary dinner! We loved being able to use the grill most nights for dinner. Bikes, beach supplies and extras were way beyond what we expected. If we come back to Hawaii we will definitely consider staying at Sparkling Waters again!

What a great property! We loved our stay in this house! The lanai was so enjoyable and sheltered us from the trade winds. We loved having a pool and hot tub all to ourselves! Everything is conveniently located near shops and beaches and it was really easy to find. We will stay again!

Beautiful house with a few hiccups

The house is new and beautiful. Fully stocked with all the things you might need during your stay. We had a nice stay at the house but there was a few things I wish I knew prior to booking The biggest hiccup was the pool alarm. Every time you open the patio doors to go outside there is an alarm that gets activated and it gets rather annoying. I realize it’s there for safety purposes but it’s rather inconvenient when you don’t have little kids in your party. There is no way to keep the doors open and allow fresh air into to home. And yiu have to keep pushing a button within 7 seconds of opening the doors or the alarm goes off. There isn’t a way to deactivate the alarm. And this alarm wasn’t in the house description when we booked. We weren’t told about it until a day before our arrival. So that was a bit annoying. Feel like that should have been stated in the home description so people are aware of the alarm prior to booking. Also the community is very new and a bit away from the rest of Waikoloa village. It’s more bare and not so green. But they have bikes in the garage you can use. Also to note. It’s very windy in this area. Especially after 1pm. Overall beautiful house. Clean. Well decorated But would not stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious, and welcoming

Sparkling Waters house was just what we were looking for! The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are comfortable, thereʻs a variety of bathrooms, the kitchen has ample space for cooking for a group/family, and the pool and outdoor space is awesome! The only thing that was lacking is that you are not able to adjust the temperature for the jacuzzi, which was not hot enough on the breezy nights.

We had a wonderful vacation at Sparkling Waters. The whole family enjoyed the pool immensely and the one story layout of the house made being together so much easier. We would definitely stay there again.

Sunsets were amazing from yard…

Our family enjoy this trip very much, the kitchen was very well equipped, rooms were spacious, location was super easy, very safe, sunsets were amazing from the house, super quiet and the garden/pool area was just lovely. While this is not very important, the outdoor furniture was a bit worn and older. The website shows pictures of a hammock and volleyball net but they were not set up; perhaps clients should have the option of having it ready (I am being very picky). Our stay was lovely and I would recommend the house and area to anyone. Thank you Sparkling Waters!

Birthday celebration

My husband and I rented this property to celebrate my 60th birthday with our 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and 2 year old granddaughter. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom with the adults having their own bathroom! The kitchen was the most equipped of any I have ever seen in a VRBO! And the amount of pool and beach equipment and toys was astounding! The amazing lanai was perfect for enjoying the incredible weather and sunsets! The managers responded to questions by email almost immediately! Thank you for a wonderful relaxing vacation!

Great house and location

Our second time staying here. The house is spacious and fully stocked. Property manager was very responsive. Location to kings and Queens shops very convenient. We had three generations stay and it was perfect!

Awesome property!

This house was equipped to the hilt! We had everything we needed for a great week with our big family. The house is close to the Waikoloa resorts, hapuna beach, Waimea, etc. kitchen was great (especially given limited restaurant seating due to COVID). We’re already planning to come back next year!

Perfect for 2 families

The lay out is perfect for 2 families. One family had 2 kids and the other 3 kids. The lanai and pool provide a great atmosphere to relax outside. We had one question regarding the spa and the property management company had someone out immediately. Property and service was first class all the way around. Without a doubt we would stay here again. We were so sad to leave. This house was a key part of our overall great family vacation.
