From Villa Topaz, if you walk north along the oceanfront street you will pass the new Quintana Roo park, another major grocery store, the Punta Langosta shopping plaza, plus a number of restaurants and shops. Within 15 minutes you will be at the downtown Restaurants such as Casa del Habano, Hemingway’s Lounge Restaurant & Bar, Guidos, New Species, as well as others.
