Notre condo est à quelques pas de la plage et de la plongée de classe mondiale! Nous nous vantons des plus beaux couchers de soleil que vous ayez jamais vus. Notre condo est décoré dans un jeu de couleurs Fiesta et vient d'être meublé et complet, avec toutes les commodités et le confort de la maison. Situé au premier étage, il n'y a pas d'escalier à monter. Profitez d'une vue magnifique, d'une belle piscine et d'une superbe plage calme à quelques pas. Le luxe ultime à un prix abordable ... Nous vous le promettons, vous serez entièrement satisfait et jamais déçu. Peu de temps après votre arrivée au condo, vous serez accueilli en personne par notre gestionnaire de propriété professionnel anglophone, qui vous accueillera dans votre nouvelle maison loin de chez vous! Des fruits frais et des boissons fraîches à l'arrivée vous aideront à commencer vos vacances comme il se doit. Vous recevrez une visite du condo et du complexe pour vous familiariser avec tout. Notre manager sera disponible tout au long de votre séjour! Profitez de votre séjour ... vous méritez le meilleur.

Nous fournissons un service de ménage quotidien. Notre femme de ménage fiable et digne de confiance, Eli viendra au condo tous les jours sauf le dimanche pour nettoyer la cuisine, laver la vaisselle, faire les lits, nettoyer les sols, s'assurer que les serviettes sont propres et vous assurer que la seule chose que vous faites est de vous détendre et Profitez de vos vacances!

This was our second time staying here. Tracy is amazing. The location is perfect for snorkeling, close to beach clubs, and there is a pier available for dive boat pick up. The bedrooms are perfect for a family or group of friends. Will definitely stay again.

We love, love, love our stays at this condo! The location, communication from the owner & property manager is absolutely top-notch! The condo itself is absolutely the best. The owner of this condo has thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. This property exceeded expectations! The owner and staff were very communicative, the condo was warm and charming with everything we needed for a family of four. Incredibly clean and well maintained. Snorkeling out front was great and there are a couple great places to walk to for food (Memos Tacos was delicious). 5 plus stars.

This place is gorgeous. My only improvement comment would be that the photos don't capture how perfect it all is! - The complex is small and friendly and really nicely maintained with a lovely pool including a shallow end that was perfect for our 4 year old. - The beach is amazing - we have snorkelled all over the world and saw more from this beach than in any of those places - so many fish of every variety, puffer fish, lion fish, shoals swimming around us, spotted moray, squid, rays... and all using equipment from the apartment- The beds are large and so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bathrooms were fantastic, all beach towels etc were available- The apartment was beautifully decorated with lovely touches everywhere, more than seen in the photos- The host, property manager etc were super communicative and helpfulIt couldn't have suited our family more, and made our trip. We skipped our next stop to stay here an extra couple of days.100% recommend

Staying at Tracey’s Paradise condo was everything we could have hoped for and more—it’s even more beautiful than the photos! The location is excellent, and the condo itself is spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped.Our family especially loved the high-quality snorkel sets. Being able to snorkel right out front of the property and see vibrant marine life, including beautiful parrotfish, was such a treat. We also took a half-day trip to El Cielo, and the charter conveniently picked us up right next door at Tortuga Pier, which made the experience seamless.One of the highlights of our stay was having Jackie and Anni from Sandra’s Kitchen prepare incredible meals for us—such a fantastic recommendation from Tracey and truly a memorable part of our trip.Throughout our stay, we felt very well taken care of, and communication was excellent from start to finish. Our family of five—my husband, our three teenage daughters, and I—had plenty of space and all slept very comfortably.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience. Tracy’s condo is beautiful, immaculate, and in a great location. The newly renovated kitchen is top notch. We had 3 delicious dinners cooked for us in the condo by Sandra’s Kitchen. Highly recommend. Elida kept the place spotless and furnished with clean towels and dishes. We snorkelled every day with the excellent provided equipment. Stunning reef fish, rays, and shells every day. Nearby restaurants were very good. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Our family of 6 plans to return. Highly recommend!

Great location

Overall, this was a perfect spot for me and my family! We loved having the beach footsteps away and also loved having access to the pier at Tortugas next door where we were conveniently picked up for two separate trips (scuba, el Cielo tour). Definitely recommend if you have kids like we do!

Enjoyed our week in Cozumel at Paradise Condominiums. The condo was well stocked and the daily maid service was great. Enjoyed using the snorkeling gear provided and snorkeling off the beach each day!

All you wish for

Tracey, the owner, and Salu the property manager pinged us regularly to make sure we had everything we need. Saul even gave us hisrecommendations of his favorite restaurants. Best VRBO experience we have had!

Wonderful stay!

Tracy and Saul were wonderful communicators. The property was as described. Unfortunately, it rained much of the time we were there but had a great time. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others!

Welcome to beautiful Cozumel. Wayne and I are from the Chicagoland area and visit many destinations each year to get away from the cold! We are avid SCUBA divers and enjoy underwater photography. Cozumel is our very favorite Caribbean diving destination!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Wayne and I rented this condo annually for several years. We love it so much, we decided to make it our own. What made us fall in love with Paradise 1D, is the perfect at-home feeling that we get when we walk into it. We absolutely love this private, small, community that we are in. We are divers, and love the fact that in the morning, we just walk right into the water and onto the dive boat. The sunsets are so beautiful : perfect shades of purple, blue and orange dance across the sky and water every evening.

Although still close to town we are nestled away from all of the crowded cruise ship activities. After a day full of activities, or just relaxing by the pool, relax in this fully air-conditioned condo. We haven't skipped out on any luxuries! Cozumel is a world class diving destination with hundreds of quality dive operators. Annually, it is home to the Cozumel Ironman. The swim portion of the Ironman passes directly in front of the condo! Cozumel has amazing restaurants serving international cuisine, and a unique nightlife with a latin flare. This beautiful island has so much to offer...As our guest, you can enjoy countless activities or just lay back, relax and do nothing at all and enjoy a day in paradise.
