The town centre is approximately 700 metres away, shops are 750 metres away and the central beach is 800 metres from the residence.

The living area includes a dining table for 4 guests, a sofa, armchairs and a French door opening onto the balcony with outdoor furniture. The open sea view creates a pleasant setting for quiet breaks after exploring the coast.

The separate kitchen is well equipped for everyday meals: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and Dolce Gusto capsule machine.

Sleeping arrangements include:

The balcony extends the living area during sunny days, whether for a coffee overlooking the sea or a quieter end to the day.
