Located in the Beaurivage residence in Erquy, this 35 m² one-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests on the third and top floor with lift access. The central beach is approximately 30 metres away, making it easy to reach the sand without using the car.

The living area opens onto a sea-facing balcony through a large bay window. The awning makes the outdoor space more comfortable, while the panoramic view over the bay and fishing harbour accompanies meals and relaxed evenings.

The kitchenette is equipped for everyday meal preparation: 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker.

Sleeping arrangements include:
