Welcome to Somerset 402. Located on Marco Islands 5 mile beach, enjoy due western exposure giving you spectacular sunsets! The unit has been completely re-modeled with the coastal theme in focus. Large walk in shower and dual sinks in the shower, walk in shower in guest. The furniture goes great with the unit and with the Marco feel. The complex itself has two heated pools, 2 outdoor grilling areas, tennis courts, lobby sitting area, gym, and most importantly 2 boardwalks to the beach. Unit has storage locker with all the beach gear you will need. We live on Marco and will be meeting you at the lobby to meet you and give you the keys. Also if any issues arise. We truly look forward to hosting you and your family in this great unit!

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Amazing Getaway!

We absolutely loved staying at Kurt's property! The view was breathtaking, we were directly on the beach, and the property was very nice. Accessing the beach and pool was incredibly convenient. It was much appreciated to have beach towels and all the beach equipment we needed at the property. Communication was prompt, and check in was super easy. We would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you for the perfect stay!

It was an excellent stay the only feedback i would have is i wish it had in the listing some of the extra consumables listed as we had purchased some prior to arrival some examples are laundry soap dishwasher pods etc but overall no issued with our stay

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time and we were right on the beach with full access to a heated pool. The sunsets were breathtaking and the condo was beautiful and immaculate. This was by far our best trip to Florida

Great Place!

This condo is all about the location. Beautiful sunsets and beach views directly off the balcony. The pool is well maintained. My only issue was that there was not a smart TV - we were unable to stream shows.

Excellent Stay

This was our first visit to Marco Island and this unit was perfect for what we were looking, 2 bedroom unit on the beach. The photos were accurate, the unit was clean with easy access to the beach and a pool. Communication with check in and check out was great. We would recommend this property and would happily stay there again

We arrived about 4 days after the Hurricane and had great communication leading up to our arrival on the status of the island and our Unit. The Condo was well maintained and had everything we needed. We haved stayed within the Somerset a few times and this Unit was the best to date.

Great location. Condo well kept, with all essential, including beach chairs/umbrellas, ect. Construction noise - one star off. Might have missed small print on ad, but 8am-4pm noise is terrible...

Amazing Somerset Condo

This is a beautiful condo with everything you need for a great week on Marco Island! The pool is also amazing! The water was very warm and sparkling clean and there are umbrellas for shade! And then there’s the beach … perfect week!

Great place!

We had a great time here! The unit was clean, updated fairly recently and had pretty much everything that you could need. It looked exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. The management company was really nice and easy to work with. They made the entire check-in/out process very easy. The building is going through some exterior renovations (painting/sanding) and fortunately for us, we were not impacted by this as the unit’s exterior was already completed. Perfect views of the beach and sunsets. My only suggestions for making this better would be if there was a beach cart available to lug everything back and forth to the beach and the chairs/umbrellas are a bit rusted out, making them a bit challenging to work with. Replacing those would be something to consider. Overall, we definitely recommend this unit and we absolutely would stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo in Marco Island

My family and I just got back from a great stay at The Somerset! The condo was clean and spacious for our family for 4. The view is amazing, it’s tastefully decorated, fully stocked and has a couple extras that were nice - Rubbermaid to take food to the beach, coffee filters, salt & pepper and koozies. There is plenty of room in the closets to put everything away, including your suitcases. The walk to the beach is easy and there is a locker in the lower level with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc, to use. There are a few restaurants nearby that we could walk to which was nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Beach Front Condo

The condo was great and the location was excellent. Our only complaint is that the mattress in the master bedroom was terrible. It absolutely needs to be replaced it was very uncomfortable.

Fall Getaway

From the 4th floor we had an excellent view of and access to the beach. We so enjoyed watching the pelicans and the dolphins and especially enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Our hosts were very accommodating, responding to everything that we ask and even going above and beyond to give us directions to sites that we wanted to see.

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice with updated appliances and provided the little details often overlooked. The locker with chairs and umbrellas was also a very nice attribute. Great location and not too busy.
