Enjoy the quiet, peaceful setting of this Golf Course Villa that is just minutes away from the beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach!  The unit is completely updated with all new appliances including washer and dryer in unit.  It features 2 bedrooms with a King sized bed in each and 2 full baths. The high ceilings in the living and dining room add to the spacious feel to these beautiful areas with a breathtaking view of Seascape Resort.  Enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshments on the large balcony that overlooks the golf course.  You can even enjoy a glass of wine from the wine cooler installed in the kitchen!  Our Happy Place will soon become Your Happy Place too.

We booked the townhouse as part of a concert package combined with a beach vacation. The event was great, and the beach is beautiful. The townhouse that we rented was very musty and run down. Ceilings and wall plaster peeling. Door jams and windows were grimy.

The condo itself was ok-ish. There is some peeling paint and some cracked grout that needs to be replaced and the balcony swing needs wd40. It's too far to walk to the beach. You can drive and park in beach parking but the lot is small and it's tight to turn around in. For not being close to the beach, you do get a gold course view and the best part was the birds in the trees. Great washer and dryer. Coffee pot needs an upgrade.

The furniture needs to be upgraded, very dirty and has holes/rips in them. Floor was never cleaned. Had sand and spills on it. There was dirty dishes in cabinet. Dish towels was left in dryer. Didn’t find them till 2days before we left. Beds squeaky every time you move.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We weren’t sure that we would be able to take a beach trip this year, but as it turned out we did. We have never been to Miramar Beach and didn’t really know what to expect. We were a little concerned that because the condo was not a beachfront unit that we would miss out. But the golf Villa was very nice. It was quiet, peaceful, and pet friendly. The resort property is immense with multiple pools, a golf course, beautiful landscaping, adequate parking a little extra things like charcoal grills scattered around the property.Our unit was very clean, cool (temperature wise), and well appointed. There are some reviews that talk about the beds being creaky. Well, they did make a little noise when you got in and out of them this was not an issue for us it was equipped with all new appliances which all worked well while we were there. We fixed a few meals as well and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The resorts parking area for beach access was plenty big and we never had issues finding a space. It was a little bit of a drive from the back of the property, but it was not a problem at all.All in all, we had a good trip and will definitely visit Miramar Beach again and would be more than happy to stay in the same unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit needs some TLC. Both bed mattresses/box springs need to be replaced. They are very noisy meaning they are very loud creaks whether you get in or out, or rolling over, even sitting on it while dressing your feet. The living chairs & couch are worn to the point of sitting close to the floor. Master bdrm bathroom shower door needs immediate attention to the caulking. It is dry & cracked & will leak through the downstairs sooner than later. The fan over dining table is squeaky & wobbly. The outside fan on the deck by the dining room is very, very bad. Afraid to run it, not safe. Overall our experience there on the resort itself was great. Just the unit was not up to par.
