The inside of the house was very nice and clean. The whole house AC was struggling to keep the temp in the upper 70"s, but when coupled with a window unit in the dining room the two together cooled the house adequately. The pool was great and the location is excellent. The only issue I had was that there was dog poop left throughout the back yard. I was disappointed to have to go around and clean up from a previous renter. I contacted the owner and was told "sorry to have inconvenienced you".

My only less than stellar comment is due to the central air. Even with all of the blinds closed and bathroom doors closed, it doesn't fully cool the bedrooms and we had to leave the doors open to utilize a fan to draw cold air from the living space. The house is beautifully maintained and clean. Every kitchen appliance, gadget, and pan you need to prepare family meals is supplied. Same for entertainment; TV's, games, books, sporting equipment, pool toys, kayaks, fishing rods, bikes etc. Towels, linens, and extra bedding as well. Communication with the owner was timely and informative.

Amazing Memorial Weekend!

This place is beautiful! We enjoyed spending time in pool with our boys and fishing right from the backyard. The best part was when a group of 3 dolphin began playing in front of us when out on the dock! We would definitely stay here again! The host responds immediately and ensures you have all you need for a great family vacation!

Nice Get Away

We had a very nice trip. The house was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. We visited the Edison/Ford Estates and it was quite close to the house. Perfect for a day outing. We enjoyed the kayaks, pool & fishing.

House worked great for my wife and I. Layout was good, and the recent remodeling work definately improved the house (sliding door to pool, whole house air conditioning etc.). Communication was property manager was very good, and prompt as well. I liked that there were wall mounted TV’s in both bedrooms, and that the house and two full bathrooms as well. Kitchen layout with Island was great, and couches in main living room comfy. Dining room table easily sat 6 if needed, and access to waterway was good. We didn’t rent a boat this time, but easily could have and kept it at the property.

Great place to stay

This was a great place overall. Wy wife and I drove 20 hours non stop and the owners were really kind to let us in a few hours early to relax! The remodel absolutely fantastic! Great locations for restaurants that's just minutes away. Great location to travel short distances to the beaches. Overall well worth the house with the expense we paid.

Weekend getaway

Loved the pool!

We had a great stay! Loved swimming in the pool everyday! The beds are very comfortable. Great size house for our family of four.. Easy access to Publix, restaurants, & the beaches. The owner Gary was very informative! Answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Week vacation in cape coral

The Property was very clean with current furniture. The mattress allowed us a good night sleep every night. It was nice to enjoy the dock and watch small boats going through the canal. We felt very safe in a nice quiet neighborhood with friendly people. The location of this rental was so close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. We recommend this property

Loved It!

We loved this rental! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, which makes relaxing on the dock, in the yard, or around the pool quite pleasant. Having the provided bikes to pedal to Tarpon Point Marina (great restaurants there), and Rotary Park (sweet walking trails there) is a bonus! The availability of the kayaks makes for great opportunities for paddling the canals; we frequently saw dolphins as were floating along. If theatre is your thing, a show/musical at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre is a must! The owners are terrific to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental!
