This was a quaint, comfortable and clean one bedroom apartment in the beautiful neighborhood of Avondale. Wonderful shops and restaurants were a block away. Walking through the beautiful neighborhood brought us to the St. John’s River and Boone Park. Lovely! Our host responded quickly and check-in was a breeze. Thanks!

I really enjoyed the originality of the unit & building in a perfect location. Only a 4-5 min walk to great shops, restaurants, & bars. Really close to the water as well, will be back!

This spot has historical charm vs generic style interiors which I loved. It’s safe, blocks from beautiful Avondale village for walking & river waterfront nearby. If you like neighborhoods with charm, this is it. The space itself is quite large & roomy too.

Steps from great shopping and dining. The apartment has everything you need for a short or lengthy stay. You definitely won't have to worry about no having hot water! The bed was a little hard for our liking, but would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. I love how they kept the original 1900s look with a touch of modern. This place was absolutely beautiful. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Perfect location in the heart of Avondale, Jacksonville. This rental was great for my wife and I to explore this unique area of Jacksonville. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants on St John Street and a short drive from the Riverside Art Market. I highly recommend this property for any visit to the area.

This apartment is very conveniently located to a nice local commercial district, walkable with good dining options. Easy, secure parking at the premises. The accommodations are very clean!, comfortable, and quiet. The host was most gracious in accommodations and answering any need we had. This is somewhere we'd certainly stay again with no hesitation. Happy and grateful. Host "T" is the best.

Quick getaway

The location of the apartment was good. Close access to the highway and easy to find. We had some trouble getting access to the apartment at first because we weren’t given the correct lock code to the door and the property manager wasn’t available for a short amount of time. After we got in touch with her, all went well. The also was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. All the needed amenities were there!

Perfect location!

This little apartment was clean, cute, cozy and comfortable! It was everything we needed and in the perfect location. It was a quick walk to fabulous restaurants and in the most charming area of town. The host was kind and helpful and provided lots of little appreciated touches - such as snacks, tea & coffee with sugar & creamer, small toiletries, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, plenty of towels, little blankets, a hair dryer, and even an air mattress (and although that wasn’t anything we needed, I thought it was a nice amenity). I appreciated the historic charm of the property and the neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
