Beautiful apartment of 45 sqm, located on the ground floor, on the courtyard, offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private terrace. Very quiet. It comes with:
- a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, a seat, a small table, a TV and wifi connection.
- a dining area with a table and 6 chairs.
- a kitchen open on the living room with a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes accordingly and utensils, and a washer/dryer.
- a bathroom with a shower, sink, hair dryer.
- WC
- a first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm).
- upstairs, a second/master bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200cm). 2nd bathroom with shower.
Linens and towels provided. Central heating.
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
- for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, there is an extra 35 € fee.
