Westwinds condominiums are conveniently located across the street from the beach and the intracoastal waterway in our backyard, restaurants and shopping. Publix Grocery and Walgreens are 2 blocks away. Our unit is on the second floor. The complex consists of 36 units and three floors.
Everything in the unit is up to date and in great condition, appliances, furniture, dishes, linens, everything. Free washer and dryer available in the unit. You will also have one free assigned/reserved under cover parking space. A fully equipped kitchen offers you name brand stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and stove with oven. the bedroom includes 1 king size bed, large spacious closets, ample dresser drawers and a flat screen TV. One in bedroom and one in living room.

Relax and enjoy your own cooking in the backyard on the intra-coastal on one of the 2 grills nestled in a spacious area of tables and chairs. Enjoy a spectacular sunrise while watching the dolphins playing or catch fish off one of the 3 docks on the water, just bring your pole. Chaise lounges for relaxation and sunbathing are also in the backyard. Cool off with a swim in our heated pool.
