It was a beautiful view! We arrived early and contacted the owner for early entry and they said it was no problem. The staff on site was so nice! We would definitely come back!

Beautiful view and awesome access to the beach! The room was VERY clean from top to bottom. Communication with our manager was easy and timely. Even though the staff was not "ours" due to different management company, they were all very helpful and super friendly. It made the stay even more pleasant! Room could probably use a little updating, but that wouldn't stop us from returning.We love the area.. Very walkable and close enough for US to walk to anything we wanted. (Grocery store, restaurants, etc) We enjoy walking and didn't mind a little distance. (easily under a mile)

Good times

Overall, good experience… Host was very quick on response to get things fixed, but had to constantly take the toilet tank lid off to adjust the flapper so the tank will fill up with water. Other than that great experience.

Girls weekend

It was in a very good location nice and close to the beach which we loved! We did find some hairs on dishes and someones fake fingernail in the corner on the floor. Wish it woild have had more cookware for us to use. Disappointed in the stove top the back coil didnt work at all and only half of the front one worked. Luckily the property provides grills.

Fantastic Company to rent from

The room was very basic, but had everything needed for a nice vacation. iTrip was amazing. Very wonderful customer service and very attentive if anything arises.

Boring

Very nice property but very surprise not much in walking distance and not much to do at all. We are very active and it just wasn’t us. They should let people know if you want to do absolutely nothing that’s the place. Very nice owners

Great getaway!

We had a great time staying at the island inn in treasure island. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean front view was increadible! We were so thrilled to find 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach! Had so much fun at the beach bar down stairs too! Definately a great place to stay.

Waterfront for Sure!

Very nice stay! The view from the room was exactly as advertised. Really had everything we needed. Small kitchen areas for breakfast as nice. Close to lunch and dinner spots as well as a Publix for the basics. Looking forward to potentially returning next year.

Amazing view

Great place for stay with amazing ocean view. Close to the Caddy's restaurant on the beach which is our favorite. Very comfortable bed. More then enough room for 2 or 3 persons . Condo had everything we needed. Love it and will stay again. Thank you for having us.

Treasure Island

Great location and view! Room needs some updates. I had to wipe sand out of all the drawers. We left a styrofoam cooler in the closet for future guests. Look forward to another visit!

Got what we paid for

Perfect location. Within walking distance of everything!!! Tiki Bar was convenient and heated pool nice. The room was another story……. Very basic(as expected) but electrical wires and trim falling down off wall and bathroom was dirty.

Not mad but unhappy

First thing. We booked through VRBO thinking this was an individual owner. However a second party rental company is the contact and the actual property is a separate entity. UnlessI missed something in the listing this was misleading. The view was as advertised however the unit and building were lacking details for an enjoyable stay. Willing to give some grace given the area had a hurricane in October but our room appeared to be thrown together.

Great trip

Everything was as advertised and as expected. Views were great, staff was friendly and helpful, parking was easy. Location was great, easy walk down the beach to a couple nice restaurants with good live music (Caddy’s and Ka’ Tiki). Was able to walk to Marine 13 boat charters to go on a dolphin sunset cruise (highly recommended). Marine 13 is attached to Sea Dog Brewing which is a nice place to eat/drink. The room had everything we needed (plates, cups, silverware). Beach rentals were not overly expensive and the beach bar at the resort served great drinks and the bartender was knowledgeable and fun. Parking anywhere outside the resort was expensive and hard to find. We had better luck using Uber/Lyft to go to other nonwalkable places like Johns Pass.

WHAT A VIEW

THIS PROPERTY WAS SUPPOSED TO COMPLETELY REMODELED BY 1/31/24. I GUESS THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING WAS PAINTED, BUT THE LOBBY WAS TORN UP AND THE ELEVATORS WERE IN BAD SHAPE. THE UNIT WE STAYED IN WAS FINE. GREAT VIEW, THE PROPERTY IS A LITTLE ROUGH. WE HAD TO PARK ACROSS THE STREET BECAUSE THERE ISN'T ENOUGH PARKING NEAR THE BUILDING. HAED TO WALK TO RESTAURANTS NEARBY BECAUSE SIDEWALKS WERE NARROW/ BLOCKED AND THE TRAFFIC WAS TOO CLOSE. OVERALL, FOR THE PRICE IT WAS OK.

Spring Break get-away

Location is great, parking is adequate. Rental communication was fine and check-in was easy. Room is in need of some touch-ups, but was comfortable. Air unit and refrigerator were loud. Never used the TV as the view outside is beautiful. The bathroom shower had good water pressure and was a walk in shower with a sliding glass enclosure. Bathroom could have used more towel racks to hang towels. Tile floors were probably in need of a deep clean and there was some mold spots in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Unit could have used a stick vacuum to clean up any excess sand and also beach chairs would have been nice. All in all, I would probably stay again and recommend for a short get-away. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay with no major complaints. Thankful for the time spent at the beach!

The first condo we were in, 412 Island Inn was a total bust.

The first condo we were in, 412 Island Inn was a total bust. I had called ahead to be sure it was handicap accessible, especially the bathroom. The Tub was way too narrow for a shower stool so bathing was impossible and the toilet was super low. Also, none of the electric outlets on the Gulf side of the room worked and there was no DVD player as promised and the A/C had a huge, thick, gooey pile of mold and mildew under it. More, condo 312 is being rebuilt so construction noises all day. However, Jake from iTrio did move us to a condo with handicap room and we go an additional ticket to the Dali museum for the hassle so the organization, iTrip, is worth working with. The Island in itself is a great location with a fabulous view of the Gulf and the sunsets. Conclusion, iTrip is great, Jake is awesome, condo 412, not so much.

Perfect long weekend!

His condo was exactly as advertised and the view is priceless! Dont judge this condo by the condition of the lobby (they apparently are in the midst of a renovation). Mostly missing ceiling tiles give it a run down vibe and make you a little suspect when you check in but the service was great. This condo had amazing views of the bay from the front door, with breathtaking sunset gulf views from the balcony. We slept with the glass sliding doors open all night to listen to the surf. (There’s a screen door!) Such a delight! The bed and pillows aren’t the most comfortable (but no where we stay is comparable to our bed at home.) The beach is pristine and the cabana rental is so reasonable! They even discounted our second day rental. The Tiki bar is perfect for drinks but don’t expect much for food. Bathrooms are so convenient when you are at the beach and pool. This location was just perfect! A short beach walk to Caddy’s for food, drinks and live music. Publix, other restaurants, a liquor store and 7 Eleven all in walking distance. There are free beach rides up and down the strip. They work for tips! We took a ride to John’s Pass Village and spent the day before heading to the airport. Also, there’s a convenient Bounce drop off next to the Waffle House and they will store your bags for a nominal fee if you want to explore more after check out. This condo isn’t plush—but met our needs and exceeded our expectations for a perfect long weekend! Would definitely stay here again!

All about the view!

Picked because of view & didn’t disappoint. Simple things to improve: 1 coffee cup only-mentioned before in others review, horrible flat pillows, screen door broken & we were unable to keep door open for fresh air, uncomfortable pillow top on mattress, simple rugs at doors would help prevent a floor full of sand. Would return & hope owners consider these upgrades
