St George family getaway

the property was great but the air conditioning was not working when we got there. Management said they could bring fans that night but that they would not be able to fix until the next day. I would think they should have checked it before we arrived at 4:00. When temp outside is over 100 - you need air conditioning. I am thinking we should get a discount.

Thanks for your feedback, Bobbi. We're glad to hear the property was great. I do sincerely apologize for the AC issue you encountered. We check our ACs daily, but unfortunately, mechanical items such as ACs are unpredictable and can fail without any warning. We did work to adequately and promptly address the situation to make sure the villa was comfortable for you. We appreciate you choosing Arcadia Resort!
