At an elevation of 950 m, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, a charming house in the traditional Cévennes style awaits you. It is located at the entrance to the hamlet of Magistavols, which is part of the municipality of CASSAGNAS (48). This single-family home features a living room/kitchen on the first floor, and upstairs—accessible via a spiral staircase (see photo)—two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Private terraces with stepped terraces and breathtaking views, including of Mont Aigoual. Free private parking space right outside the house. Located in a hamlet, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here, about a 20-minute drive from Florac, a small town of some 2,000 residents, where you’ll find all the shops you need, as well as a top-notch tourist office. On-site, there are starting points for hikes suitable for all ages. Just 3 km from the hamlet lies the Mimente River, where you can dip your feet in the water and cool off during the summer! Within a radius of about 30 km, there are many sites to explore, such as the Rune Waterfall or the geological wonders of the Cham des Bondons. In short, a truly refreshing getaway!
