Your next Delaware beach adventure awaits at this eighth floor two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this single level surfside retreat features surfside balcony, living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning and updated washer/dryer as of 2022. Three TVs, Blu-ray, WiFi.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location

Amazing location and view of the pool and beach. But interior is very outdated and the king size bed is VERY soft and worn in (fyi if you like a hard bed) and we had issues w the cleanliness of the place upon arrival that were never addressed w Vacasa (not the owners fault). Overall we had a great trip so I hate to leave a less than perfect review. We will be back, hopefully Vacasa can make it right w the cleaning issues.

Let down

We love sea colony but this property needs a lot of updating and replacement furniture

Sleepless nights

I would not recommend staying here unless you want no sleep. The furniture is all dated and the beds are falling apart, especially the king bed. I was sinking into the bed, which the egg crate topper did not make any better. I would rent somewhere else because it’s obvious that the owner has not changed the furniture or added to the kitchen supplies in ~20 years.

Aside from the obvious needed upgrades to basically everything in the condo, the place really needed a better cleaning. Had to move a small table to get to an outlet. It was Absolutely disgusting under there. When you walked around barefoot, the bottoms of your feet would turn black. A lot of the outlets in the master do not work. I see what the other reviews are talking about when it came down to the balcony furniture. It wasnt all that bad, but there wasn’t even table you could put your drink or anything. Made no sense.

I love Edge water house. I stayed here one other time in a beautiful unit on 10th floor. This unit was dated and wasn’t as well supplied as other places I’ve stayed. Porch furniture is adequate but old and mis matched. Some small side tables to place your drink on when sitting on porch would be nice.Smoke alarms were off wall and in drawers. The view is unbeatable.location of unit is nice . I like Sea Colony because of the security ,the lifeguards ,the activities , ( live bands on property, beach yoga, movie on beach for kids, bonfire nights) The property as well-maintained and it’s a fun place to stay.

Old ! Not worth the price

This unit is old and has not been updated for many many years. Balcony furniture only had two mismatch chairs and a rocker that they look like they got out of the trash. Would not not rent again!
