This was just the right size for me. I loved the s screened in porch, and the neighborhood was great for walking. I had a restful and enjoyable time.

No Wifi, internet, TV channels all week even though I called or messaged Vacasa each day. Manager only contacted us once at the beginnIng of the week and there was no follow up with us from local manager. Comforter was stained.

No Wifi and thus no TV or internet

I would not recommend. We didn’t have WiFi all 6 days, and thus no TV channels or internet. I called or messaged Vacasa every day and the issue was not fixed and I was only called once by local management towards the beginning of the week despite requesting to speak with someone multiple times.

Mixed Review

Loved the location with wooded area behind us. Had great weather for the few days we were there. Few concerns I had: torn screen on front door, clothes lying on floor in bedroom closet, very musty smell when entering condo. A suggestion would be to have instructions for how the TV works. Couldn’t watch regular TV only YouTube. From my understanding thought there was to be a dish cloth/tea towel in kitchen but couldn’t find anything.

Satisfactory but expected more

Several items were broken: wheels on chair legs, blinds, electrical outlet in bathroom, dryer (we cleaned out the vent), dvd player (audio but no visual), 3-way light. Complex was wonderful and distance to beach was grand. Just would not choose this unit again.

Great Location: Close to all activities

Loved the access to beach, pools and facilities. Quiet location and well maintained. I should have read description better because I would have preferred a 2 bedroom instead of a sleeps 4 that has a sofa bed. I have been visiting Sea Colony for over 30 years and I highly recommend family vacations there because of the amenities Sea Colony provides.

Great location and perfect rental!

This is our favorite rental we’ve ever had at Sea Colony. For traveling as a couple, the unit was the perfect size. The location was great, and we were able to leave the car parked all week and walk everywhere we needed. Although there are always small details we could point out for improvement, we felt this was a great value for our money and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

TLC needed

Having previously stayed at Sea Colony, we thought that this place would fall In line with others. There are some needs that should be addressed, the Cable for the TV in the main LV did not work (get Comcast in to look at it)not an issue since we have a preteen, but a family with little ones on a rainy day would not Be as forgiving. The bathroom needs new caulking immediately (which is hard to do since it needs a day to dry). It should be noted that mold is growing as a result of water penetration. We understand COVID has been a burden, but cleaning needs to be more detailed especially on a glass tables. Additional garbage bags should be available or alert tenants to bring it. I would forgo the lines and towels given the current environment. The deck outside of the living room should have a cover to prevent the pine needles from falling from the deck above. The blinds are a bit outdated and the LV blinds didn’t close fully. The dishes and kitchen towel was ample for a short stay. The King size bed was very spacious. The laundry setup was good. I hope my review is not seeing as a criticism, but rather pointing to details that can be addressed to avoid bigger dissatisfaction for future tenants.

Memorial Day 2021 First, Vaca after COV19

This Vacation was Superb, it was one of many, but first after COV19. We really, wanted to just get away and enjoy being away from home. The condominium/townhouse was not bad at all. Did not miss being at a hotel. I would do this again all over again a thousands times all over again. The only negative is upgrade the bathroom shower/tub. It needs to be modern/renovation.

Comfortable enough

Although the place is comfortable enough for a short stay it wasn’t as great as other places I have stayed. The kitchen was not very well stocked - no kitchen towels for one thing. Limited dishes. This could be because of COVID but I don’t know. Also the $60+ mandatory linen and amenity package is not worth the money.
