Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Great property and recommend

This was a great rental property for us. Very clean and comfy furniture and king master bed. We cooked a lot and there was very good kitchen pots and pans as well as plates and cups. Very close to a tram stop for getting to the beach in minutes. My kids loved the location and riding their bikes around sea colony. We love coming here

Great for a short getaway

Home had a nice wooded location, close to the tram stop and nearby pool. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. A bit noisy from the upstairs neighbors and wifi frequently cut in and out but we had a very good experience. Would definitely rent here again.

While we can't control what other residents do in their own homes, there is a noise ordinance with quiet hours. We encourage guests that need assistance to reach out to the local authorities. Please know we strive to provide every guest with a relaxing stay and while surrounding noise is often out of our control, we always make an effort to remedy noise complaints when notified. Again, we apologize for the impact this had on your visit, and we appreciate this feedback as a means to continually improve. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you in the future!

I loved everything about the unit except for the sofa bed. I have stayed in other units where there was an actual bed which I would have preferred. This sofa bed may be ok for sitting however not for sleeping.

Sea Colony

The property was a nice place to stay. We arrived late and had been told that the property was clean and ready for us via email. The floors were dirty and the water was shut off. We had to notify security to help us get it turned back on. Other than the overall cleanliness, it was a lovely property and we enjoyed our short stay. Communicating through email was a bit delayed and I could not get through to the property management ANY of the 5-6 times I tried to call them.
