Cancellation just opened 8/1-8/8 for this beautiful totally remodeled townhouse!
Why would you stay anywhere else but in Sea Colony with its pristine and private 1/2 mile beach (open only to owners and rental guests) so you do not have compete with the swarms of people trying to get on the much smaller public Bethany Beach. In addition Sea Colony has 7 outdoor pools, 30 indoor and outdoor tennis/pickleball courts and 2 fitness centers and indoor pools. Our townhouse is very near one fitness center and the large and beautiful outdoor aquatic center!
This incredible townhouse has undergone a major renovation which will make your stay an absolute delight! All of flooring and carpeting both upstairs and downstairs in this townhouse has been replaced with gorgeous new and much lighter lvp flooring. The downstairs features a breakfast area with a fully equipped kitchen that has new cabinets, granite countertops and steel appliances (new refrigerator and stove for 2025). The downstairs also has a half bathroom that has been completely updated, and a dining room and living room with beautiful, matching furniture including a new sofa and loveseat for 2025. The back porch features both new windows with sliders and recently added furniture, and comes complete with a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights! The upstairs has also undergone significant upgrades featuring a renovated master bath with a large gorgeous new custom shower and double sinks! The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 twin bed. In addition there is a large foyer at the top of the stairs where there is a queen sleeper sofa and a TV for additional space to enjoy during your visit. The second bathroom also has been recently renovated with a new vanity top and a glassed in shower with new tile around the bathtub for 2026. This delightful home features central air, new stacked LG washer/dryer, 4 TVs (including a new 55in TV downstairs), Keurig, hair dryer, and keyless entry which eliminates the hassle of bringing keys to the beach. In 2025 there have been additional improvements including a new refrigerator and stove, and a new living room sofa and loveseat to make your stay even better!
The host fee includes all bed linens and bath towels for your stay, eliminating the need to bring your own. In addition the host fee also includes professional cleaning done prior to and after your rental.

The Sea Colony Recreation Association requires a per person resort fee for guests aged four years and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory
Parking: Parking is limited. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges.
Guest entry instructions: This unit utilizes an E-Lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. The code is reset after each guest's stay.
