Sunsets and Water Views

Enjoy spectacular views of water and wildlife from an elevated townhome with 2 spacious balconies. The interior has coastal style, decorated like a model home. Enjoy a HUGE kitchen and open floor plan with plenty of space for big families. Three large bedrooms upstairs each have a private bath and two have a balcony with bay view. There is a bunk room and office space too, on the lower level. Enjoy a private elevator to bring up luggage and groceries. (Stairs only to the bedroom suites from the main floor.)

Easily walk to several popular waterfront restaurants. Bike to mini golf, the water park, or beach. A few minute car ride takes you to Coastal Highway to enjoy cruising the coast—Fenwick, Ocean City, or north to Bethany, Rehoboth, and Lewes.

Sunset dreams

Always a great time staying at Mallard Cove. This is our fourth year staying at Mallard Cove and second time staying in this particular unit. Wonderful location with great restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing views

This property has some very vast, expansive, beautiful views of the bay! We enjoyed our stay, this home provided plenty of space for all of us. The elevator is a plus with loading/unloading. Kayaking was easily accessible and the location can't be beat!

Love Mallard Cove

Vacation rental was very well suited to our family of 9. Lots of living room and kitchen area for the family to all get together. We spent a ton of time on the balcony enjoying the wildlife and the beautiful view. Location is centrally located to beaches, boardwalks, grocery stores and plenty of other activities. Will definitely return!!!

The view is worth the trip!

This property worked very nicely for our family vacation and the view is everything that is stated! So the balcony is a great place to be! The house is lovely and spacious (the kitchen is huge) and the kayaking is great (the dock is just past the pool and both are very close/accessible from the house). The beach area is a close drive away with free parking (owner leaves instructions) and is actually in Ocean City, Maryland, although you can choose lots of options to go to. There is an elevator to send all of your luggage/food up in, which is helpful as well. The only downsides were the stairs/parking area under the townhouse being very dirty, and the carpet in the house in need of some heavy cleaning. But everything else was lovely and comfortable, and Elise was easy to work with. So glad we found this home to rent this year.

Great stay!

Everything was exactly as described and more! The view is amazing, you really can’t capture it in a picture. There is so much space - all of the bedrooms are large and the three upstairs have large full bathrooms. The kitchen is huge and it’s great that it’s open to the rest of the living area. The elevator made loading and unloading very easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Family get away

We stayed in this unit from Sunday to Sunday. The location is amazing, parking passes were provided, and the elevator made unpacking easy. The house has a great open floor plan and the porch was perfect for early morning coffee and late evening games and cocktails. Each bedroom upstairs has it's own bathroom which is a big plus. The kids room is a little tight and my only suggestion would be to bring a small fan to keep the air circulating...like sleep away camp:) Elise was fabulous and responsive. I look forward to staying here again next summer.

Perfect Family Get-Away!

This condo was the perfect size for our group of six adults and 4 children. Plenty of space for all, relaxing views and close proximity to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location and property

The views from the balcony are precious - sunrise to sunset. The place was well equipped, large, and cozy. Definitely coming back!

Awesome views and sunsets

Second year we have now stayed at Mallard Cove. This unit was beautifully decorated. Can’t beat the sunsets and the amazing views. We just love this location.

Wonderful respite with friends

We enjoyed this property so much and highly recommend. Elise was really easy to communicate with and the townhome was large, clean and perfect for our friend gathering. The sunsets are incredible and just a short drive to the beach. The Crabcake Factory is just a short walk and we highly recommend the crab bloody mary and the food there. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful sunsets and escape in Fenwick!

We loved our family time over the holidays at the Selbyville condo. Elise was helpful, the sunsets were magical, and the location was great.
