Home was great. Our granddaughters loved the bunk house, crabbing off the dock, and views off the sunroom. There was plenty of space for everyone.Would definitely visit again. Kate was a pleasure to work with.

Wonderful Family-Friendly Home

Ocean City Fun with a side of Peace, Quiet and Tranquility

Very well maintained with a ton of extras from bikes to beach chairs and games and movies for those family fun nights! All on a beautiful and quiet waterfront dock.

Nice spot for family gathering.

We enjoyed our brief stay while attending a family wedding. Kate was responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Check in was easy and although we did not utilize them, the kitchen was well stock. The place was clean and well organized.

Beautiful Home and tastefuly decorated. Great furnishings!

We arrived and it was exactly as pictured on the web page. The beds were very comfortable and the view is wonderful. I went with 4 ladies for a golf outing and we enjoyed every minute of it. We even crabbed off the pier (caught a dozen crabs). I would highly recommend this property. The owners are very nice and easy to work with.

Beautiful property! Great location!

This property is absolutely perfect! House is beautiful! Owners were accommodating, friendly and helpful! Great location to the beach and bay! The home was well stocked and clean. There are beach supplies and bikes to use. Loved the ping pong table and kids room. Garage fridge was handy. Definitely will rent again!

Good stay during the fall

We had a great time in this house! There were so many activities to do. The house itself was clean and beautiful. We appreciate how the house was well stocked with plates and utensils to accommodate a larger family. This home was a great place to relax and to get a change of scenery. We loved this home!

Thank you to our host and hostess for sharing their beautiful home with our family of 12! It is immaculate, spacious and just the right location...away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City but still close enough if that’s your thing. You literally need only bring your food, beverages (the extra fridge in the garage was a blessing) luggage and beach towels, everything else is there. We highly recommend this property, and appreciated the great communication. Thank you!

Bayside escape!

We really enjoyed our stay! Traveled with my parents and our two toddlers. The house was very clean. The garage was full of beach items, bicycles, and ping pong table. The community pool was a bonus! The master bedroom upstairs was a treat. Beautiful views of the water from multiple areas in the home. Owner so easy to talk with. We will definately look into renting again here in the future!

Amazing Amazing Amazing

The property was everything we could ask for. Kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room and kept themselves entertained (but most of all out of trouble). We were able to use the provided chairs and wagon from the garage when we went to the beach. Fishing right outside the backyard was so convenient and at night we enjoyed family time at the fire pit. Kate is an extremely helpful host during booking and even during our stay. Our family had such a great time and will certainly come back and stay at this property.

The Perfect Vacation House

What a wonderful vacation house. Eight children, ranging in age from three to 16, were never bored. All that is needed at the house is your food. Everything is provided. Kate is very prompt in returning text messages or calls. Already reserved for next year. Thanks again, Kate Kushners and Martins.

Perfect relaxing week!

Everything was perfect from renting, checking in and to checking out. The property was beautiful and clean and extremely quiet. We really appreciated that when we were upstairs we couldn't hear the babies crying downstairs. Kate was always responsive to questions and even gave us the option of checking in early when the property was ready. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we needed and a great selection of spices. The only complaint was that a week was not long enough!!!

Amazing location, amazing home.

We really enjoyed so much about this property! To start, it comfortably housed our family of 11, and had so many great amenities. The dock was a great space to gather, and there are kayaks, fishing gear and a paddleboard. Beautiful home inside and out, the kitchen was great for gathering, kids room with bunk beds made a great hangout spot, and every room has a TV + PS3. Master bedroom was definitely a highlight as well as the sunroom. Lastly, the hosts were extremely accommodating, and we appreciate you allowing us to have a great vacation here!

Simply wonderful

We decided to do a last-minute Easter getaway (2 - families of 5 and Grandmom). Kate was extremely responsive, helpful and organized. Upon arrival, the home was sparkling clean and ready for guests. The house/property is well stocked and well cared for. Our children loved the board games, ping-pong table, and foosball table (and the upstairs double bunk room, of course). Weather was a bit chilly during out stay, but the kids enjoyed the basketball net and playground in the community. We hope to visit again so we can enjoy the water activities and more outdoor fun. Absolutely a 5 star experience!

Best Family Trip

This is by far the best family trip ever. Everyone was having a great time here. Beside the beach, we spent most of the time in the house, on the dock, biking in the neighborhood. And the most fun part is crabbing right off the dock in the back of the house. Kids had a blast crabbing and kayaking. The house is super clean and has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots and pans. We love the cute plates and bowls they have. The house feels very homey. Owner Kate and Dave are super nice. We love that every light swith is labelled and the instructions for everything is all very clear. We definitely will come back again!

Everything and Then Some!

My wife and I have used VRBO, both for domestic and international stays, for several years now and Kate is the best owner we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She was very accessible and helpful before our stay answering our questions about the house, equipment, and local restaurants. She called shortly after our arrival to be sure we were comfortable and to answer any questions we might have had. The house was very nice, clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked with all the essentials and a lot of great extras like a foosball game, ping-pong table, bikes, beach toys, kayaks, etc., etc.. The home was exactly as advertised, pictured, and described. Great location and convenient to local attractions and great restaurants. This home has it all and then some!

Fabulous House

What an amazing vacation! This house has everything you could possibly want. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 7-17. The house was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed crabbing off the dock, riding the bicycles and especially the bunk room with the game table. The owners have thought of everything. The house is decorated beautifully with modern designs yet very comfortable. The community pool was a real bonus. We could go to the beach in the morning and lounge at the pool in the late afternoon. Perfect Family Getaway

After a wedding in Philly our family decided to book a vacation to the Delaware shore. There were 13 of us total including 9 adults and 4 kids (12, 4, 3, and 1). The house is exactly as described and everyone loved it. My 3 year old and I went kayaking most mornings and fished/crabbed off the dock which he loved. Everything is close including the beach, water park, go karts, shopping, and great restaurants. The host was extremely responsive and helped us quickly with minor issues upon arrival. The community pool and playground were a nice amenity to have. I would only point out that the crib mattress in the master bedroom upstairs is a bit flimsy so I would recommend bringing your own travel crib. We would consider booking this property again!

Peaceful on the water

We are four families from Canada that have been vacationing together for years. This was our first time in the area, and it was amazing. The community is so friendly and peaceful. The kids had a great time catching crabs, which we have never done before! The house is gorgeous and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. The kids room is incredible, we had a hard time getting them out of it! We explored all there is on the ocean front in Delaware/Maryland. Incredible restaurants, Fenwick State Park, Rehoboth shopping, the impressive Ocean City Boardwalk and we even went to Assateague Island to see the wild horses. Kate is friendly and responsive, and made everything seamless and easy. We are a salt water starved bunch and had an amazing week. Thanks to the Viola family, for sharing their home with us!
