We had a lovely time at the beautiful quiet home in St Jean Pied de Port. It provided everything we needed including Mus cards!! It was quiet and very comfortable.

Superb Stay

The hosts were friendly, accommodating and communicative. The property was the most beautiful VRBO we have ever stayed at. The grounds were well keep and large. The location was very near the old city which was full of excellent restaurants. All of our stay needs were anticipated by the hosts. The hot tub was devine after days of hiking in the Pyrenees. Thank you Jacques, Mary Jo & Michele!

A trip to the Basque Country

We chose St Jean Pied de Port because our son had a college buddy that lives here and we wanted to reconnect with him and see the area. The house was perfect for us. Quiet but within walking distance to the town and 5 minutes by car to our friend’s place. Jacque met us on arrival and showed us the ins and outs of the house and spa. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy this part of France!!

un séjour exceptionnel

tout est déjà dans le titre: un accueil remarquable et particulièrement convivial ; dans la maison spacieuse entourée d'un grand jardin, rien ne manque ; en 5 mn vous êtes au centre ville et pourtant vous êtes au calme. c'est une certitude, nous reviendrons. Si toutes les locations de vacances pouvaient être comme cela, ce serait le rêve. merci beaucoup aux propriétaires !!!

Une maison très agréable et fonctionnelle

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes dans leur maison très confortable et agréable à vivre en vacances. Toutefois nous avons découvert la présence d’une caméra en direction du jacuzzi, ce qui nous a déplu. Les propriétaires ne nous ayant pas prévenu. Enfin, le jacuzzi n’a pas fonctionné les 2 derniers jours de notre séjour. Dommage. Pour le reste, le jardin et la maison son très agréables. A noter la présence d’une imposante antenne relai dans le jardin voisin.

La note de 3/5 est bien sévère pour nous alors qu'il semble que vous ayez apprécié le confort de la maison. Dommage !!! Vous auriez pu au cours de votre séjour nous présenter tous vos points négatifs et nous aurions échangé de vive voix. Le jacuzzi ??? Vous avez quand même une petite idée pour laquelle le jacuzzi n'a plus fonctionné en fin de séjour. Le jacuzzi fonctionnait très bien à votre arrivée et nous avions été assez insistants dans nos explications pour vous indiquer les consignes à respecter... Et nous aurions pu signaler un dommage à Abritel. La caméra en direction du jacuzzi ??? C'est une CAMERA FACTICE !!! L'illusion est donc parfaite, et le but de cette FAUSSE CAMERA, bien visible, est de faire croire aux éventuels intrus que la maison est protégée et ce, même en l'absence de nos clients. Il était pourtant facile de se rentre compte que cette caméra d'extérieur était factice (aucune lumière clignotante). L'antenne relais ??? Effectivement, il y a bien une antenne relais dans le voisinage. Elle n'est pas posée chez nous et nous ne pouvons pas nous y opposer (c'est vrai aussi que c'est un élément indispensable des réseaux mobiles et de leur déploiement).
