We are offering this charming apartment for rent in the town of Bénodet, 50 meters from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 42 m², and room for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 21 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom, and a garden where you can enjoy sunbathing. We are waiting for you!

- A bathroom with a sink, bathtub, and toilet.

- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September).
- A terrace and private garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days. South-east facing with no overlooking neighbors. This garden also gives access to the residence's garden.
- A private parking space numbered and secured by a digital code barrier.
