Magical scene is what you experience once you step into this quaint 4 bedroom cottage directly ON the Cape Cod Bay!The popular Kingsbury Beach location holds this ''pearl'' of the oyster! This property was completely renovated as of July 2021. Every room, wall, ceiling, floor, etc - was redone (including bathrooms). See pics. Warm knotty pine walls brings you back in time with a large family room fronted by a generous porch where large family lobster dinners took place as the sun set on the bay drinking in the views with the lapping bay water dotted with boats grazing the horizon...real magic takes place just after the sun sets below the horizon...you think you'd gone to heaven! A warm sense of peace settles over you like a soft cloud making this home one where many memories can make a lifetime memorable.

Stunning property. It was like being in a snow globe. First floor is basically all around windows. Great beach access! just two steps!!! Bedding was crisp and white. Beds were super comfy. Just adorable cape cod living.

Mixed stay. The view and location were good, but the house wasn't clean when we checked in. There was sand throughout the house, hair on the floors, and the showers looked like they hadn't been scrubbed. Fruit flies kept landing in our drinks, there were ants on the kitchen counter, and the trash from the previous guests was still sitting there. We let the host know and didn't get much of a response. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all.

We've come to the cape for over 20 years and this summer we stayed in the most perfect beach house! This house is literally just steps from the beautiful sandy beach. We spent hours in the water, casually strolling and exploring the flats which extend at least a hundred yards into the bay at low tide. The kids and adults discovered many natural treasures left on the shore by the tide. The large living room allowed all 7 of us to be comfortably together, or retreat to our separate cozy corners when needed. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable with the master bedroom having a spectacular view of Cape Cod Bay. The convenient location makes it readily accessible to all the nearby restaurants (Arnolds, Caroline's, Tony and Laura’s, Block & Tackle, etc.) and shops and yet, the the house was located in quiet and private area. It was a wonderful leisurely week on the cape and we look forward to our return next summer. We found the owner Dory to be especially gracious and responsive to any and all of our questions.Thank you Dory for sharing your "Slice Of Heaven" with us.

Amazing stay. This house is a gem - steps from the sand. You can see the beach from the dining room table. Sunsets are amazing. Super quiet road. House was very clean and comfortable for our family. We will be back!

The house was lovely and in beautiful condition. The beach was literally steps away from the back door and was perfect for walking and swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous location!

Beautiful location right on the beach. Owner was wonderful - we had a slight problem with the heat and she had an electrician over within minutes. Highly recommend!

'Slice of Heaven' is right!

The house couldn't be much more aptly named - it is a slice of heaven. A lovely space in a perfect location in a sweetheart of a town. Can't wait to go back!

Best vacation ever

We really enjoyed the trip house was beautiful we all needed to relax and boy did we. We tried to put outside stuff in a spot that wouldn’t get destroyed by the hurricane
