Villa suspended in the pines with swimming pool in a private estate near the sea and golf course

Like a cabin suspended among the pine trees, our villa offers a breathtaking view of the pine and cork oak forest, in the heart of the private estate of La Clairière aux Chevreuils.
Ideally located 900 m from the beach and the Moliets International Golf Course (accessible by road or through the forest), and 500 m from the Prade Pond, it’s perfect for a stay where you can get around “on foot or by bike,” connecting with nature.
You’ll love its beautiful south/west-facing terrace, which is quiet and secluded, and its heated pool.
Its “bohemian-style” decor (oak hardwood floors, wooden furniture, natural materials, etc.) will provide warmth and comfort.

The 106 m² villa includes:
- an entryway with a closet
- a living room opening onto the terrace with a cathedral-ceilinged lounge
- an open, fully furnished and equipped kitchen (stove, range hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and American-style fridge-freezer)
- a storage closet and laundry area (washer, dryer)
- a master suite with access to the terrace, featuring a queen-size bed, closet, private bathroom, and separate toilet
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed, closet, and private shower room
- a bedroom with two twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a king-size bed) with a closet and private shower room

Outside, there is a carport (for 1 car), 2 parking spaces, a heated pool (10x5 m), and a pool house.

We’ve done everything possible to ensure you can enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive, thanks to a concierge service (included in the rental).
The beds will be made, and towels and linens will be provided.
Weekly pool cleaning and a final cleaning at the end of your stay are also included.
