Large house with garden and stunning views of Lake Maggiore

A very pleasant holiday house on 2 levels. It features the ground floor a very large (60 square meters) dining and living area with open fireplace and TV corner. The kitchen is very well equipped (with dishwasher). Also located on this level two bedrooms, a large bathroom (shower, toilet, two hand basins, washing machine) and a further guest bathroom. About the Grand Gallery to get to the upper floor where two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower, toilet and sink are available. The beautiful, large balcony and large garden with stunning views of Lake Maggiore invite you to relax outdoors. The spacious floor plan offers a total of 8 people. Direct access to the house. Parking for two cars in the driveway at home. Towels / Linens can be made in consultation with the landlord available.

Bescheibung around: Absolutely quiet, 120 m above the lake at the end of a private road the house is right on the edge. The incomparable views over the Lake Maggiore and on Cannero and the mountains behind will remain the guests of our Casa Carlotta unforgettable. The holiday home on the southern slope located above Cannero has a large garden with lawn. Directly at the house, the cars can be parked. There is a walk-in (1Stufe) access to the house. Nearby are four golf courses and in Cannero (3 km) a beautiful beach.

Holiday Ideas: Secluded location - quiet: The house is located near the forest. Only a small holiday house is left of our house at a distance of about 50 meters. Two more houses are left of the house at a distance of 100 or 200 meters. In the garden and balcony you can find peace and relaxation.

Swimming and fishing: The house is situated 120 m above the Lago Maggiore. It is 3 km to the lake down. Lake Maggiore is very rich in fish. There are even professional fishermen. The beach is very beautiful in Cannero.

Golf course: Within 20 km there are 4 golf courses with 18 holes.

Accommodation in the mountains and lake view: The house is situated at an altitude of about 200 meters and 120 meters above Lake Maggiore. The area is officially classified as a high alpine region. There are mountain hikes and tours by bike directly from the house possible, including challenging climbs. Sea view from all balconies and almost all living rooms and bedrooms.

Neat house with a stunning view

The house was neat, clean and well-equipped. The view from the balcony on the Lake was more than stunning! We did not have to travel far for some nice trips; Cannero has an idyllic boulevard and a nice and clean beach. Further we had a good time in the mountains and the towns nearby (Cannobio, Intra).

Great place to stay

Although when we arrived in the dark the uphill climb with the car is very challenging to and steep when we woke up the next day the view really amazing. After a few days we were used to it. The area where the house is situated is very peaceful and quiet. It's completely separated from the village (approximately 10 minutes drive down hill). The house is very complete. And (very important for us) the beds were very nice. The inside of the house is very clean and I would really recommend this house to anyone looking for a house nearby the Lago magiore.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, eine wunderbare Lage, großzügige Räume und bestens ausgestattet. Allerdings ist die Anfahrt eher für geübte Autofahrer geeignet: Schnell mal Brötchen holen oder auch ein gemütlicher Spaziergang vom Haus weg war nicht so einfach.

Die Aussicht ist absolut genial….die Gegend wunderschön. Leider könnte das Haus etwas sauber sein und müsste auch an einigen Stellen aufgehübscht werden….. zum Beispiel die Bäder. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Außerdem hat alles reibungslos geklappt . Wir fanden die Lage etwas abgelegen und nicht einfach zu befahren….dafür war die Aussicht gigantisch.

Rund herum ein schöner Urlaub

Einmalige Lage, nichts für große Autos bei Anfahrt/Umgebung( täglich nervenaufreibender Begegnungsverkehr), toller Balkon u. Garten mit Seeblick, bestens ausgestattete Küche, verschlissene Gartenstuhlauflagen, Bad ca. 50 Jahre alt, Kommunikation mit Vermieter hätte nicht besser sein können.

Traumlage, tolles Haus!

Super schönes, geräumiges Haus für 8 Personen mit voll ausgestatteter Küche: Mixer, Pürierstab, alles zum Backen, überhaupt alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, in ausreichender Zahl - außer Mikrowelle alles vorhanden. Man merkt, hier wird gekocht! Ganz besonders ist natürlich der Traumblick von Balkon und Garten. Die Zufahrt erfordert Selbstbewusstsein + Rücksichtnahme in jeder Kehre, man gewöhnt sich schnell dran. Unsere 3Generationen Crew hat sich hier super wohl gefühlt! Wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Super Aussicht und Ruhe

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, die Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore ist unbeschreiblich! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, zum Einkaufen braucht man ein Fahrzeug aber das war bereits bekannt. Wir lieben die Ruhe, deshalb war das Haus für uns perfekt. Die Zufahrt ist eng und teilweise steil, das ist der Preis für den tollen Blick wie überall in Italien. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Lage mit einzigartigem Blick

Älteres großräumiges Haus mit phantastischem Blick auf See und Berge 300 m oberhalb von Cannero. Absolute Ruhe, keine Spur vom Straßenverkehr. Einzig die Vögel haben uns morgens geweckt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Tolle Panoramalage und komplette Ausstattung

Die Anfahrt geht über etliche Windungen von Cannero hinauf, ist aber nicht schwierig. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr und anderem mehr. Der Grundriss ist funktional, in den Schlafzimmern, Küche und Bädern ohne viel Luft. Prachtstück ist der Balkon mit der tollen Lage hoch über dem Lago Maggiore. Bei diesem Haus wird das Panorama zusätzlich durch die Palmen im Garten geprägt. Für 8 Personen ideal. Immer freundlicher und rascher Kontakt mit dem deutschen Vermieter.

Traumblick mit Hürden

Der wirklich traumhafte Ausblick über den See und die ruhige Lage direkt am Wald haben ihren Preis. Mal eben Brötchen holen oder Baden gehn is nich. Jedes mal muß man die engen, steilen Serpentinen runter und wieder rauf fahren. Das will gut überlegt und geplant sein...

Super Unterkunft mit Traumblick und sehr freundlichen sympathischen Vermieter.

Viel Platz für grosse Familie. Traumhafter Blick auf den Lago und sehr sympathisches kleines Örtchen am See wer den Massentrubel in Locarno und Ascona umgehen will. Kontakt mit Vermieter super, sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Der Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus war gelungen. Wir waren 5 Personen, 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 12 und 1

Das Ferienhaus war geräumig, liegt sehr schön, die Anfahrt war gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Beschreibung zum Ferienhaus war leider nicht optimal, ein Hinweis auf die gegenüberliegende Bushaltstelle bei der Abfahrt in die Privatstrasse wäre hilfreich gewesen. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit raumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben unseren einwöchigen Urlaub am Lago Maggiore in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und es war eine herrliche Woche. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und der Blick auf den See vom Haus aus ist traumhaft. Kinderbetten und Hochstühle stehen auch für kleine Kinder zur Verfügung. Im Garten muss man bei Kleinkindern dabei sein, da das Geländer nicht Kleinkind gerecht ist. Toll waren die Fledermäuse, die man in der Abenddämmerung gut beobachten konnte.

Wunderbares Haus mit Blick auf den See

Wir haben wunderbare Tage oberhalb des Lago verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. 3s entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung. Die Anfahrt war zum Glück von einem Aufenthalt in der Nähe im Vorjahr bekannt, da die Straße sehr steil und nur für Autos mit gewisser Bodenfreiheit geeignet ist. Die Lage ist traumhaft; ruhig und im Grünen. Ein paar Ameisen, die auf Wassersuche durch das Haus zogen haben uns nicht gestört und waren bei beginnendem Regen auch sofort verschwunden. Während unseres Aufenthalts waren keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, was in einer späteren Jahreszeit sicher sinnvoll wäre. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, Vielen Dank!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Carlotta sehr genossen. Von dem schönen Ausblick und der umfassenden Ausstattung ist ja schon oft gesprochen worden. Hervorzuheben wäre noch die freundliche und unkomplizierte Art des Gastgebers . Unserem Hund hat die Nähe zum Wald und die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten besonders gefallen.

Super Aussicht - Erhöhte Lage über dem Lago

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und sonnige Ferien-Woche im Herbst. Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage des Hauses mit Garten (Wiese, Palmen, Feigen, Kräuter). Zufahrt anspruchsvoll mit steilen kurvigen Strassen, aber gut machbar. Wohnraum mit Cheminé und kleinem Balkon ist Herz des Hauses. Möbel, Küche und 3 Bäder eher veraltet, insgesamt findet man aber alles was es braucht (Küche, Bibliothek, Spiele, Liegestühle etc).
