Bright lower level private guest suite in single family home. Separate entrance with keypad entry allows contactless check in.
Suite includes a spacious living room (with couches, TV, and desk area), bedroom with a queen bed*, bathroom, mini kitchenette (refrigerator, coffeepot, microwave), and a patio area (table and cafe lights).
Home is on a quiet street, but walk just 2 blocks and you will find restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. Very convenient location for visiting DC (3 miles to downtown DC). 10 minutes by car, or opt for public transit: 2 blocks to bus stop; 1.2 mi to metro; <1 mi to Airforce Memorial/ Arlington Cemetery.
