Located in the iconic Beachwood Canyon, a serene & safe, celebrity-favored neighborhood yet minutes from Hollywood’s attractions!

Welcome to our home, where breathtaking views of the Hollywood sign greet you as you ascend the scenic drive. This single-level retreat combines the charm of Tinseltown with all the comforts of a hotel suite.

Upon arrival, enjoy floor-to-ceiling city-scape views just steps from your covered carport. The home features an updated kitchen perfect for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby hotspots. Our design leans into an eclectic style — with a mix of new and vintage pieces that give the home charm and warmth, while still feeling clean, comfortable, and uncluttered.

The primary bedroom offers a plush Tempur-Pedic king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and views of the twinkling city lights from both with a custom barn door for privacy. The second bedroom includes an en-suite bath and two Murphy queen beds for added flexibility.

Conveniently located just minutes from downtown Hollywood, you’ll find yourself near iconic attractions, world-class dining, and vibrant nightlife, all while enjoying the tranquility of this private retreat.

This is a hillside home in the Hollywood Hills. It offers privacy and views, but may not be suitable for those with who are uncomfortable overlooking hillside terrain.

With safety and privacy ensured, our local team is always nearby to assist during your stay.

We had a great stay in the Hollywood hills! The view was amazing and the house was great for our family of 4. There were a couple small issues that Jax addressed immediately. Jax was very responsive and helpful. The sliding glass doors definitely have a drop-off down the hill and only open about 6 inches. We kept the doors closed and had no issues. AC worked well when the sun was shining.

Really enjoyed staying here! Perfect location (you can see the Hollywood sign from the bottom of the street). Very clean and the kitchen was great as we could purchase groceries and cook our own breakfast each day to save money.

Beautiful views! The property is very well maintained and the layout is functional. It definitely gives the energy you expect when being in LA, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. I felt safe and relaxed. The only thing is that parking is a challenge, so keep that in mind.

Every place has a pros and cons. So I want to be fair about reviewing my experience.Pros: location, view, security, parking, beds, communication with Jackie wast great! and many more good things..Cons: if you have kids and need some privacy the room is not fully isolated. The TV mounted in very weird spot.Couple spiders inside. And construction on both side neighbors is a little noisy. Over all we had fun!

I read the reviews before I stayed here and I have to agree that a good coffee pot is in order and the owner seems to agree that it's time. Her communication was amazing, a couple questions we had were answered extremely promptly and the rules were all common sense. Has everything you need, comfortable.

Beautiful stay

This was my first time traveling to Los Angeles. The host offers great communication, the check-in process was very seamless, home very clean, and gave an abundance of extra cloths, towels, and extra covers to make the stay that much more confortable. There's quite a few interesting places in the area that's within a short walking distance.The place offers amazing views as well. Would suggest possibly having a rental car though, as the climb to the home (hence Hollywood Hills) is a little bit of a climb. All in all, very enjoyable stay and would rent again should I make another visit to LA

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay and it accommodated our family of 4. We stay in VRBOs often and overall had a good experience here. The communication and check-in was good. Easy access and no issues. I really appreciated the covered parking. The 2nd bedroom with two large murphy beds was perfect for our two teens. Having two bathrooms was also great for us. This is not a complaint, just information for those considering a stay, the two large sliding glass doors seen in the photos do not lead out to any kind of outdoor space. They open about 5" or so, but there is a drop off immediately outside the doors. I would not stay in this property with small children for this reason. Also not a big complaint, as we didn't spend much time there, but I wouldn't say this couch would be comfortable for more than 3 adults max and there isn't any other comfortable seating in the living room. Again, everything worked fine for us. The owners were very kind and communicative, but I depend highly on reviews and would have found this information helpful. Overall a fun spot in the hills and great for a visit to Universal. We were home in less than 15 minutes, maybe even 10.
