Great condo right on the beach!

We have been staying in this area for the last several years, but have never been directly on the beach. It was a game-changer. Being able to walk right out to the ocean without having to lug a day's worth of supplies made this a true vacation. I was also able to sit on the balcony and watch my tween kids play ball without having to be right there with them. The condo was fine. It could probably use some newer furniture and a deep clean, but the value was the beach, so we were very pleased!

Couples Getaway

Lovely condo right on the beach. Very easy access to the beach and parking is close. Condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Looking forward to going back soon.

Spring Break

Cannot beat the beach view and beach access!!!! The condo was very clean and comfortable and had mostly everything you need for a short visit. And Host was very responsive and helpful!!!!! Biggest negative is the terribleInternet service. Could not make a call inside condo and WiFi was not consistent. Was not able watch tv without wifi going out every few minutes so I gave up. But overall 4/5!!!!!

View better than advertised!

The pictures cannot do justice to the gorgeous view from the balcony of this property. There are not only amazing sunsets but also sunrises. Literally steps from the beach, this condo is comfortable and convenient with an extremely well-stocked kitchen. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, which it was! I highly recommend this property and hope to return soon.

Great beach views and family spot

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying right on the beach and waking up to the beautiful sunrise watching the dolphins fish every morning. We will definitely be back!

It was just the two of us and this was the perfect spot. We sat on patio and enjoyed the view. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Seagrove Condo

The stay for a week was a really good experience. Good location and the beach was right there with great access no matter what unit you were staying in. The condo was clean and was in a good neighborhood. The only cons to the condo were small. The parking was tight with a bigger vehicle. The outlet on the pouch didn’t work. The gate for beach access controlled by the fob didn’t work also. Overall it was a really relaxing trip and would definitely book it again!

Wonderful Week at Almost Paradise!

My family and I just returned from an amazing week at Almost Paradise! Debbie was a wonderful host and the check in directions were easy and thorough. She even allowed us to check in early to beat the hurricane that was headed that way (it ended up missing us thankfully)! The condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds and linens were comfortable. The best part however, was the location! As others stated, you really can't beat the beach front access, especially with two young kids! No struggling to find a parking space or loading up a wagon and walking to an access point. All you have to do is walk down the boardwalk to your beautiful private beach! It was also really nice being right next to Eastern Lake. It was the perfect spot to let the kids play and splash around while getting to relax and not worry about the currents taking them away. I will mention that there are numerous signs stating no tents or canopies on the beach, however many people staying there set theirs up and code enforcement never said anything. I would have definitely brought ours if we had known. We ended up using the chair service which was nice, but also cost $60/day. Also, Old Florida Fish House is a short drive down the road if you are looking for a dinner spot with a great atmosphere and views! Can't recommend Almost Paradise enough! We are already looking forward to coming back next year hopefully!

Amazing property

Love this location! Unit was perfect and love how private the beach is, only people staying in that complex allowed. Chair rental was easy and guys were great with 30A shade. We will definitely return!!

Almost paradise indeed

We enjoyed our week stay at Almost Paradise. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked well and the balcony view was perfect. The artwork by the host was such a neat touch! It was so nice being just steps away from the beach. The only downfall was the wifi did not work well at all unless you were in the main sitting area. There was no signal in the bedroom or in the hallway where the bunks are. Our phones also didn’t have cellular service in those areas so it would have helped if we could’ve had wifi. If you are looking for a beachfront getaway with a smaller condo feel that offers a private beach with no crowding, this is your place! Very easy check in and out process and the host is very responsive to messages. One more thing to add: parking can be a bit tight with so many people driving suvs and bigger vehicles. No fault of the host, just pointing it out! Would definitely return!

Wonderful!

This property is rated a 10 for a reason! It was spotless when we arrived. It’s very welcoming and comfortable from the beds to the furniture. The location on 30A is great. Not exactly walking distance to a lot but we biked everywhere and had fun doing it. It’s on a nice quiet street. The beach access is what it’s all about and this place has it. We would definitely stay here again. Debbie was a wonderful host.

Perfect Accommodations for a Beach Vacation

The property was perfect for a beach vacation: on the water with a great view of the Gulf; optional umbrella service; convenient location on 30A; and an easy to reach property owner. The space was plenty big for a family of four.

Idealic beachfront property!

This place is wonderfull! The stunning views and close proximity to the beach are amazing! My family (with 2 kids) enjoyed our stay here and it was just right for us. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The building property was well maintained, good level of security, and in a great location along 30A. The bed was comfortable as well as the living room furniture. We enjoyed having coffee and eating meals on the balcony while enjoying the views and listening to the waves. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials too. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to hopefully staying here again. Thank you Debbie for a wonderful vacation!

Very very nice and fantastic beach location

The best thing was the nice (smaller bathroom bedroom space) and well appointed interior. The very short walk to the ocean water was the most convenient ever! The ocean is literally in your backyard! Have booked a visit for October in Eastern Sjores. I hope it is as nice as #104, which was already booked.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Debbie the condo went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The condo was exactly as described. However the views and walk out to the beach ability was like none I have ever experienced! It was spectacular! I will be back and will definitely stay longer.
