Guests will have full use of three beach house buildings, including the Watavue Main House, the Watavue Guest Cottage, and the Wecoma Creekside Beach House, nestled together on the beachfront road with ocean views directly across from access to seven miles of sandy beach. The Watavue Main House and Watavue Guest Cottage are connected by a deck with a hot tub, gas BBQ, gas firepit, a warm water outdoor shower, DirecTV, and WiFi. Wecoma Creekside is a few steps away next door, connected to Watavue by a large grass backyard. Wecoma Creekside also offers a gas BBQ, warm outdoor shower, DirecTV, and WiFi.

The Watavue Main House offers four bedrooms, a sleeping bunk, a full kitchen, a dining room, a living area, and a library. Enjoy a comfy stay at the beach with gas fireplaces in the library and Moon Room bedroom, plus a cast iron/soapstone wood stove in the living room. The Watavue Guest Cottage offers one bedroom, a sleeping loft, and a kitchenette. Wecoma Creekside provides three bedrooms, well-equipped kitchens, and a great room combining the dining and living areas. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach with the warmth of gas fireplaces in the living room and main bedroom.

Lincoln City is one of the most popular destinations for the perfect Oregon Coast vacation. You will be located just 50 feet from access to Wecoma Beach with a gently sloping walk down to seven miles of sandy beach for beachcombing, swimming, and kite flying. Additionally, this home is situated close to Roads End (surfing), Cascade Head (hiking), Devils Lake (water skiing/fishing), golf courses, wonderful restaurants, beautiful galleries, fun shops, and a casino.

The third loft bedroom in Wecoma Creekside is only accessible by a stair ladder.
This property is comprised of Watavue and Wecoma Creekside, both of which may be rented separately.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Retreat at Side by Side Property

We enjoyed out stay at this facility because of the layout of the space. We had a total of 14 who stayed, made up of 5 Young Married Couples, a guest speaker and my wife and I who oversee the Young Marrieds at Clackamas Bible Church. The facility was very well stocked with supplies from the toiletries to a wonderfully stocked kitchen. There was sufficient space in Wataview for all of us to dine together and enjoy our speaker. Creekside offered the added space necessary to allow for each couple to enjoy a private sleeping area.The views and access to the beach were perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach getaway for a big group!

This place has so much character and a great vibe. Went out with a group of 18 friends and had an absolute blast. I couldn't even tell you where the TVs are because we didn't need to turn them on. Great gathering space, steps from the beach, awesome outdoor social space and so many fun pieces of artwork and books. We're all in love with this place and plan to come back with families and friends!

Perfect for families

This home was perfect for a large family NYE trip because we were able to use the house, cottage and additional home adjoined on the property. There were plenty of beds and rooms. Also the large dining table was perfect for family style meals. The one reason I would give this property a 4 is the check in process was a little challenging because there are multiple lock boxes among the property and the keys and doors are a little tricky to open. Also, my daughter was stuck in the bathroom because of another tricky lock situation. It took almost half an hour for her uncle to figure out how to get it unlocked and her out of it.

Great gathering space for large groups

This Airbnb has everything you need to host a large group of folks! Plenty of serving implements, pots, pans, towels and amenities to take care of the group needs. The big dining room made dinners a blast. The hot tub was spacious and a great group hangout spot. Being steps from the ocean made for amazing evening sunsets. Only downside was having two bathrooms for 14 people and the kitchen isn’t particularly large to do group dinner cooking. But overall, really charming and beautiful spot!

Perfect location and wonderful for large groups

We stayed here as a multi-generational family trip and the space was just fantastic for having sleeping space for everyone and communal space that fit us all. The location cannot be beat either being steps away from the ocean and the view right out the window! We would definitely go back.
