Sandy Sparkle has an oversized patio with unobstructed views and THE best access to the pool deck. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo located just one mile west of Pier Park. It is an end unit on the main level with a wrap around patio and one of only two units with a private gated entrance to the pool deck. The floor to ceiling windows are perfect for soaking in panoramic views of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches! Fresh, clean duvet covers for each stay.

** Please note the new sliding doors have a 4 inch elevated plate at the threshold and could cause tripping. Please be cautious and step over!!!

*Beach Goodies: A set of 2 beach lounge chairs and umbrella are included for your stay. A deck box on the patio will have a minimum of 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys. A 16 can capacity cooler for your use can be found in the kitchen closet. Just please rinse the sand off and dry before returning. A Bluetooth speaker is also available for you. If you notice something is missing or broken, please let us know by text. We hope for everyone to enjoy these extras!
* A starter supply of dish detergent, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet tissue and hand
soap are provided.
AquaVista has adopted a no smoking policy for the entire complex. For your convenience, a smoking area is located on the first floor parking area.

My impression of this property is the unit I rented was very nice looked just what was online. The host was very nice and helpful. There was work being done on the building at the time. Overall I would stay there again

Beautiful condo steps from the pool and beach

Our family stayed a week in this beautiful condo! Check in/out was super easy! Everything you need is here from beach chairs and inner tubes to all the kitchen necessities! The beach was perfect with that blue green water and the rental included two beach chairs and an umbrella to sit back and enjoy it. The pool and hot tub are right off the patio. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacay

The condo was clean and the owners were helpful and quick to respond to my questions! You had next door access to the pool and the ocean was steps away which made it very convenient to travel back and forth to the beach. They also provided extra chairs and toys for the kids which was an added bonus. The views from the large patio were beautiful. Across the street is a grocery store which was also convenient. We loved it!

Best Family Vacation Spot

This condo is amazing. We extended our stay and enjoyed an extra day at the beach. The bedrooms are all great size and spread out perfectly. The beds are so cozy. The living room and dining room have plenty of seating for our large family. The patio is huge and allows so much more outdoor space than any other place we’ve stayed. The kids had a blast being so close to the pool and hot tub. We had a week of perfect beach weather. The access to the beach is easy and it’s not overcrowded. Having a grocery store directly across the road made those grocery shopping trips quick. We will definitely be staying here again. Our entire family is ready to book for next year!

AquaVista consists of two towers each only 8 stories, providing more room on the beach for relaxing! The property is flanked on each side by townhomes which also contributes to a far less crowded beach and less traffic. It is located one mile west of Pier Park and within walking distance to a grocery store and many restaurants.

What makes this property unique

E201 is an end unit allowing endless sunset views from the patio or living / dining areas. Easy access to the beach and pool were essential to us when choosing a property and this one has it all!
