Come & unwind at this stunning all new Oasis! Relax by the fire, soak in the hot tub, watch a movie, relax in the totally private, lush garden, dance in the moonlight on the huge deck! This Gem has been remodeled & upgraded from top to bottom! Everything is of the highest quality & standards! Super comfortable designer furnishings, beds, top quality linens, towels, guest robes, fully stocked pantry & kitchen, Full sized detergents, soaps, conditioners, body wash, lotions, paper goods. Welcome!!!

The entire gated property is yours! There’s approximately 2000 square-feet with four bedrooms three full bathrooms with showers and 🛁s. Everything is new and of the highest quality and design. We have taken our experience with our 5 other Vacation properties and our guest feedback to create this Beautiful experience for our guests here. We are extremely close to O’Neill Park, Whiting Ranch and Borrego Canyon exceptional hiking and Mountain biking trails.

Guests have access to every square inch of the property from the lush gardens, the manicured lawns, the enormous second story deck with beautiful views, the entire home inside and out.

We are available by text or phone or in person if you need us. You can always reach me on my cell number via text or talking at 949-933-5700. We have our house manager and handyman available 24/7, Terry and Greg, our wonderful go to couple!

This is a beautiful, traditional, established neighborhood with loving neighbors like the old-school neighborhoods. Everyone is respectful of each other’s privacy yet friendly and welcoming! We have Tom and his family on one side and Troy and his family on the other side of our property.

You will need a car to get around, Irvine spectrum mall is about eight minutes away, Laguna Beach is 15 minutes away, Newport Beach is 25 minutes away you can get to the ocean in 20 minutes you can get to the mountains and O’Neal Ranch in 8 minutes, we are in an ideal location to explore all of Orange County and Los Angeles!

We provide a turn-key experience for our guests so that all you ever need to buy is just the food you will eat. We provide all guests a double sized container of my favorite coffee- Trader Joe’s organic fair trade medium roast wake up blend. Coffee cream and bottled water, toilet paper enough for your stay, paper towels the same, spices oils and a full pantry all available for your use. We will have ample laundry detergent dishwashing detergent dishwashing soap, and New full-sized shampoos, conditioners, lotion, soap, and body wash for each bathroom.
The house is a no smoking zone,
but out in the backyard you are free to smoke.

A Return Home

Great property for families. Nice neighbors and great location, beautiful quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive with questions about property and helpful. They add a nice touch of personal communication and are genuinely concerned that your stay is pleasant! I would definitely return to this property or any others that they manage. Early family Thanksgiving

The property is in a quiet family neighborhood. It is well furnished for preparing a celebration dinner. We seated 14 people comfortably. Bedrooms/bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect. We had activities scheduled in both San Diego and the LA area. This was a great central base location for us to do it all. The house was comfortable and made us feel at home after a long day. The home was stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels. Great showers and plenty of hot water for everyone to shower in the mornings. Great communication before and during our stay. Sandy and Terry are incredibly communicative and friendly. Such a pleasure working with them. I would definitely stay here again.

A Slice of Heaven!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in a beautiful , quiet Orange County neighborhood. It’s clean, roomy , and well appointed. It has a wonderful backyard- great for relaxing. We didn’t use the spa, but complete instructions are provided ( next time we’re planing to use it!). The area that the home is located in is wonderful. The neighbors are very nice and even stopped to chat. Sandy and Terry do a great job of providing information without being intrusive. The whole check in/ check out process was super easy. We highly recommend a stay in this outstanding home!!

Very enjoyable and priced right

The home was comfortable and well stocked for all of our needs. We enjoyed the garden with its unique variety of flowers. The hot tub was cosy, clean, and just right. The bedding was super soft and views from the master suite were bright and pretty. We recommend any of Sandy’s beautiful homes.

Book It!

We were a group of 6 in town for a US Masters Nationals meet. The house is exactly as pictured. Well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms with soaps, shampoos and lotion for your use. Everyone gets a bathrobe! (but we didn't end up using any of them) Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of seating for meals. Great back yard and patio seating. It was very relaxing space to sit in the evenings. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful when we had questions. Highly recommend booking this house.

Super clean and quiet home as advertised. Host communicates really well and is very helpful. Great fenced backyard for relaxing with our family. Close to restaurants and other conveniences. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Delightful accommodation

Sandy is the most wonderful host. She was very though in all our communication. The house exceeded our expectations. It was in a wonderful location, close to shops and parks for our grandson. The house has everything stocked for a great time. We wanted for nothing. When we arrived the house was exceptional clean. If we go back to Lake Forest we will definitely be staying at Sandy's place

This home was in a great location convenient to so many places. As a person who often rents through VBRO I think I was most impressed by the cleanness, excellent timely response by host & abundant towels, linens. Thank you Sandy & team for assisting us with a much anticipated family reunion.

Accommodation Station!

Sandy and Terry were amazing hosts. We needed a temporary place to stay after selling our home and preparing our new home for move-in. The home easily accommodated my husband and me, our children, and my parents - a tall order! They provided plenty of linens, toiletries, and other basics for our entire trip. Kitchen is well outfitted for the entire house. Hot tub was a great perk! Sandy and Terry were communicative and responsive when we had questions and we truly cannot thank them enough for their hospitality.

A Beautiful house in Lake Forest

This house was immaculate! A perfect place for a family to stay. The house had everything we needed, including extra bedding and towels. There were many nearby restaurants, grocery stores and even Target. The upstairs balcony was a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee. Laguna Beach was a short drive away and there were beach towels and chairs for the beach. And of course, many more restaurants and shops there. We all loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Our Best Vacation Rental Ever

This is the place to stay! We have stayed at so many vacation rentals and this was the best! There was lots of room for our family of 6 Including two teenagers who needed their own room, and the grandparents. Outstanding! What a fabulous experience we had at this wonderful place! Everything is top notch from the silverware to the linens from the deck to the dishwasher, everything in this place is over the top great! I don’t normally write reviews as it takes too much time but this place was so great I just had to thank Sandy, Rich and house manager Terry for providing us with such a spectacular experience! We have been to so many rentals and this is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed. And our hosts are the best hosts we’ve ever had. Everything we needed they helped us with, the place is fully stocked with everything from Keurig Coffee pods to cotton balls, paper towels to full-size shampoos. The beds are heavenly and the rooms get totally dark. We loved the enormous deck with filtered sunlight coming through off the master. The fireplace is so beautifully traditional and cozy. The house is completely uncluttered and decorated with the designer's touch and clearly extra care. I’ve never been to a place so fully stocked -we didn’t have to get anything except our food. And the pantry is stocked with spices and oils, ziplocks, Saran, foil so we used some of those items as well. We felt pampered with the five star hotel type robes. Sandy, Terry and Rich, we can’t thank you enough for making this a magical experience for us. We will come back to the Designer Oasis very soon! The beds are so comfortable, the linens and towels are top quality, everything was top quality -As we are very much outdoorsy people, we loved the nearby O’Neill park with hiking trails, and the sports center for the kids just around the corner. There are so many great parks right nearby. We loved soaking in the spa and the view from the deck is so calming, of the mountain behind and all the beautiful foliage. It was a perfect place for us to explore Southern California easy access to the freeway but far enough away to be totally safe and secure,. We love the beach in Laguna beach and Dana Point-18 minutes drive to the sand. It was a dream property for us to enjoy! We Will be back soon when we visit our sister’s family again. Thank you thank you thank you five stars+++!!

Amazing stay for the entire family.

Our stay was simply amazing. The entire family really enjoyed our home away from home in this great neighborhood. The house was super cozy and had everything we needed in and around the home was close at hand. There were so many great places to shop and visit nearby which made our stay at home time and entertainment outside very easy. There are amazing trails and parks for hiking, bike riding and other outdoor activities. Our favorite was O'Neil Park which had excellent hiking and biking trails, picnic areas and play areas for the kids. Trips to Newport and Laguna Beach took us about 15-20 minutes and there are so many different spots to pick from it made every beach excursion a new experience. Our host Sandy was extremely helpful when we wanted any info on where to go and getting acquainted with the home and the neighborhood. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great place to stay for the entire family that's close to everything yet tucked away enough to have a quiet and serene setting. The house has beautiful large trees shading some of the property which is rare to find in SoCal.

California Christmas

We needed a place to come and stay in Ca for Christmas to celebrate with our family and this was the perfect place! I was sad thinking we would be in a rental house with no Christmas decorations and holiday feel, but I was mistaken. There was a live decorated Christmas tree and stockings on the mantle! It was so pretty! Also several other decorations around that made our Christmas away seem more at home. Sandy, the owner, even left a bag of Christmas toys for the kids and a nice card and welcome sign for us!! The house was beautifully decorated and clean with every amenity we could possibly need in all of the bathrooms! We even had white packaged bathrobes on our beds!! And the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked also! They truly thought of everything and went far and beyond for us. We were told we were welcome to use whatever we needed which was awesome as it’s easy to forget to bring everything! We were so happy to have the barbecue on the back patio with a nice outdoor table and chairs since we were grilling steaks and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. This was our first time renting a VRBO and couldn’t have been easier and better! Sandy really tried to accommodate all of our needs and text me often to make sure all was well and to wish us a Merry Christmas and thank us for staying in their home. Terry, the cleaning lady; also worked very hard to make sure everything was spotless and sanitized and that we had what we needed. They were in constant communication with us. The property was in a great location for us ending up being very close to stores, a wonderful Christmas light show, and my daughter’s home in RSM. Plus we could park in the garage! We would definitely rent this location again or any other owned by Sandy. Truly a great host and aware of making sure we were totally happy! Thanks for a great Christmas experience in your home away from ours!
