Luxury Resort Amenities & Golf Membership; Pets Welcome; Lakefront Retreat

Two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the Vardon Terrace Condominium complex-- beautiful view overlooking the Commander Golf Course. Fully furnished with Florida-style decor; a great place to soak in the atmosphere. Pet-friendly unit accepting up to two small pets. Bedrooms each feature a queen bedroom set.

Please note that: A membership transfer fee of $600 will apply to this monthly rental for full access to all amenities-- golf course, tennis/pickleball, spa, resort pool, gym, etc., payable upon arrival to the leasing office of the community Please do not hesitate to contact me for more detail. TO ACCESS AMENTITIES, MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER IS REQUIRED FOR A MINIMUM STAY OF 30 DAYS. Bookings less than 30 days will not have access to amentities (and will not be assessed transfer fee). Feel free to contact me with questions.

The community of Lakewood National features a grand clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness facility, resort-style lagoon pool, poolside café, full-service spa, tennis courts, and so much more! The community is fully gated with security guards present. Lakewood National also offers two 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer. The location is superb with only a 5-minute drive to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 20 minutes to downtown Sarasota and 40 minutes from Tampa. Not to mention that Lakewood National is only a short distance to beaches, restaurants, and shopping centers in the area.

Picture Perfect Vacation Spot!

Our stay was everything we’d hoped for from the lovely condo to the gorgeous amenities—we had everything we needed to relax & enjoy. Danielle- the owner was so communicative - she made us feel welcome & kept in touch. We highly recommend this lovely condo. Don’t forget the 18 hole golf courses—they are challenging but fair.

We enjoyed out stay at Lakewood Ranch. Danielle was very helpful and answered any question we had about the property. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our month long stay. We would stay here again if we are in the Bradenton area.

Great time at Lakewod National

Had a great time in Lakewood Ranch. Was a pleasant surprise since I’ve never been there before. The city is pretty much all new with grocery stores / food / gas etc. within a few miles from the entrance of Lakewood National. The condo had a nice view of the lake/golf course from the lanai. They have 2 pools … one for the condo project and another main pool with a waterfall for the entire subdivision. I do not golf, but it seems to have steady groups of golfers having a good time on the course. Did go to both Lido and Siesta Key beaches … nice sunsets. The drive was 35 minutes or so, depending on the traffic to the beaches. Used to beach chair supplied by the owner. Speaking of the owner, Danielle was very pleasant to work with … always responsive on any questions I had. Had such a good time, plan on coming back next year.
