The family room offers views of the Atlantic Ocean, with comfy couches and the soothing sound of waves—perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your favorite programs on the large flat-screen TV at night.

In the morning, step onto the oversized back terrace to sip coffee and relish breathtaking views from the third-story balcony, primary bedroom, family room, and kitchen!

The primary suite features a king bed, a TV, and a bathroom with a huge shower, vanity, and a water closet. Watch the sunrise from your bed!

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third includes a twin bed. The guest bedrooms share a renovated bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet.

Excellent Beach Property

After spending so many SAB trips in a hotel room, we finally wanted a place that felt more like home. This property provided all of this and more - the kitchen was well stocked with equipment for all of our needs and the bedrooms/bathrooms were perfect. Just made for a really nice vacation and hope to return soon!

Perfect Beach Stay

Everything about this place is perfect! Right on the beach, easy walking to restaurants and shopping, only a short drive to old St. Augustine. Inside the condo, there is everything you need for a great stay! Very clean, delightfully decorated, and completely ready to cook in if desired. Beds are very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out were a breeze! Can’t wait to stay there again!

What a view!!!!!!!

This property was clean, nicely appointed, and in a great location. The view is spectacular and the beach is great for walking. There is plenty to do on the beach and in the city itself. A couple things would make it perfect, a laundry basket and a few more forks. Thanks for a great vacation!

Excellent place, the essentials were all there.They even had a few staples to get us started on our stay. The place was beautifully decorated. The only downside was the third bedroom. It was much smaller than it was in the photos. I would definitely recommend.

Great family rental!

My family and I absolutely loved this condo! It’s the perfect size for family of 6. We even had plenty of room for a pack and play in the master. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and there was plenty of soap for dishes and laundry. The view from the master is absolutely gorgeous. You can open the curtains and actually watch the sun rise from bed. This place definitely deserves a 5/5 rating!

Beautiful in every way

Thank you so much ! This condo is absolutely beautiful . It is comfortably furnished , well-supplied , with conveniences all around . We had a wonderful stay . This condo is on the 3rd floor of a 9 unit oceanfront building . Gorgeous pool , easy walkway to the beach , efficient elevator . This building is in an excellent location . We loved every minute .

Although the weather forecast called for rain the entire week, it didn't. Right next to the beach. Watching the surf from the balcony. Accommodations very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. We will go back.

Even better than expected!

We loved our stay - the location is great, right on the beach and within walking distance of lovely stores and nice restaurants. The views are amazing from the primary bedroom and living room and of course the patio. And the place is beautiful - even better than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked breakfast every morning and the kitchen had every tool we needed. The space was ideal for me and my husband and our two adult children. We'll definitely be back!
