¡Venga y hospédese en este condominio frente al mar de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños recién remodelado! Bermuda Run # 8 es un hermoso condominio frente al mar en la planta baja en un tranquilo vecindario cerrado en la playa de San Agustín. Tan pronto como ingrese a este condominio, será recibido por la cocina recientemente remodelada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La sala de estar lo invitará a disfrutar de un cómodo sofá, sofá y televisor de pantalla plana. El dormitorio principal justo al lado de la sala de estar le ayudará a dormir con su cómoda cama tamaño king, televisor de pantalla plana, puerta corredera al porche frente al mar y baño completo. Los otros dos dormitorios están en el lado opuesto del condominio con un baño completo y cada habitación tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio a otro patio con vista al mar. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y un televisor de pantalla plana y el tercero tiene dos camas individuales y un televisor de pantalla plana también. Un plano de planta muy bien pensado, en una zona tranquila de St Augustine Beach hace de este el condominio al que querrás volver una y otra vez.

Perfect location

Quiet neighborhood!! Ten minutes from all of the good restaurants. Beach access was a cinch. The condo was as advertised, comfortable beds, ample living area for the family, kitchen was nice size. We will visit here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property was a wonderful place for our family to enjoy time together and lovely days on the beach. The unit had ample space and all the supplies we needed for a comfortable vacation. We loved the privacy and the quiet location. We look forward to another stay at this location.

The property was a great location .. on the ocean easy walk to beach .. the house was not very clean and almost all patio sliders did not function properly also we arrived on Thanksgiving and there TV systems did not offer any local channels or sports apps so we struggled trying to figure out what we had to download to watch games .. would have hated being here during March madness lol.. and all TVs were not the same set-up .. also dishes in kitchen were not clean and silverware drawer was broke ..

Wonderful Condo

Condo was just as pictured and described. It is beachfront and I can’t imagine how hard that is to keep clean but this condo was spotless. Ground floor unit so no beach view but a great view of a well taken care of dune. The location also allowed us to watch three NASA launches from the patio. Parking was wonderful ground floor made for easy loading and unloading. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to hangout together yet have our own space. Can’t say enough about the unit and the location.

Amazing location

The location of the condo was perfect, right on the beach, footsteps from the ocean. The neighborhood was gated and quiet. The property management team was extremely responsive and their communication was fantastic. Would be happy to go back!!

Everything we wanted and more!

I don’t know where to start, we LOVED this property. The proximity to the beach cannot be beat. We had everything we needed and could walk to great restaurants and the grocery store. It was a short drive to historic St Augustine. Check in and check out were so easy. Everything was extremely clean and as described. The best part was how quiet the property was as we needed some good ‘ole R and R. My whole family had a fantastic time at this property. I highly recommend!

Nice beach stay

Listing describes this unit accurately. When we arrived, the unit had been cleaned but there was a lot of hair on the spare pillows and blankets in the closet. All of the sheets had grease stains and the bed pillows didn’t have protector covers and they were grease/sweat stained. Condition of the unit overall was ok but there has definitely been some wear and tear. There was a washer/dryer in the unit which was very nice. Access to the beach was fantastic. There were some people on the beach but overall a quiet location. There was a storage hopper on the patio that had some nice beach supplies. There were multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach toys.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The condo was just as advertised. We loved that the complex was small so it didn't feel crowded and that we were able to relax and not feel pressured to leave the pool or beach because it was super crowded. The unit itself was very spacious and well appointed. The onlything we missed was a blender. It was clean and had plenty of sitting areas and a table big enough for our family to sit and eat together. We will hopefully be able to go back again next year!

Very disappointed !

The bathrooms were not cleaned ... hair in the tubs and refrigerator . Before we checked in there was a problem with the tubs backing up so they called a plumber out. The cleaners did not clean the bathrooms after the plumber left although the room was ready early at 10 am and check in is at 4 pm... there was plenty of time to clean the bathrooms. My sister and I decided to wash the mattress pads and sheets. Well that's when we got yet another Suprise ... the mattresses had yellow stains all over them and one mattress even had some red stains on it. I called Sunshine reality and told them about this and ask if she could call the owners and see what they had to say. How could you not know the condition of the mattresses as an owner of the condo. The cleaning lady said she knew they were like that and said it's the owner's responsibility which I totally agree. To me it is so degusting . Luckily, I had brought my own sheets and pillows which all went in the trash. For me it was so hard to sleep on those mattresses knowing what I was sleeping on. The owner said they were going to replace the mattresses, but I feel like I was cheated out of a good Vay cay. Sunshine Reality did give me my cleaning deposit back but little comfort that was. For the amount we paid for the condo we should have had a really nice clean comfortable condo to stay in but instead we spent a lot of time cleaning. I feel cheated out of my vacation.

Clean and Comfortable

This was family members getting together for New Years and to see the Lights. Everyone enjoyed their stay, it was very nice, comfortable and clean. Our first night we wanted to go to the Salt Water Cowboy, we had been there before and loved it. But, after years, I guess things change. The food and service was totally disappointing, we would not recommend it. After that, everything was perfect, we enjoyed very much. the only thing was figuring out the TV in master and Living Room. BUT, my husband finally figured out the Living Room. Take the flipper that has Infinity on it, push the button that shows a speaker, it will light up and just speak the program you want. My husband had to figure this out because he does not always join us when we go out. LOL., and it would not keep us from returning. WE, recommend this roomy Condo, and the short walk to the beach and all you needs nearby. Thank YOU!

Good vacation

We had a great stay. Property was sparse but plenty of room and great location to beach and pool. Toaster only worked if you held it down and I broke a couple nails bc of it, LOL. Furniture not very comfortable either but we made do. Quiet place, friendly neighbors and people. Thank you!

Very impressed!

Great experience. Great location, condo lay-out and cleanliness. The only disappointment was the condition of the couch and love seat (both were stained and dirty) but it did not deter us from enjoying the condo.
