A comfortable stay with nice furnishing. Great location - close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and this place has everything we needed. We especially appreciate the two beach carts that were available for us to use. Great communications from the owner as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

Great villa, nicely decorated, clean, and great location near Coligny. Definitely recommend and will look to stay again in the future. Communication with Roger was excellent.

Great place and location

The condo was in great shape , clean, and provided everything needed for our stay . Very nice to have the electric fireplace for these cooler days. Easy walk to Coligny and other restaurants

Highly recommended condo

Been going to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed! Clean and beautifully decorated! Great location within walking distance to beach and shopping. We hope to rent from this owner again.

Great property and amazing location

This property was fantastic and the location is really unbeatable. Easy walk ( 5 min) to Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza. There are also bike rentals at the entrance to the property for about 10$ per day. We enjoyed our stay and Roger was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Vacation

Very clean and roomy condo with a well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture. Loved the location. Not only close to beach and Coligny but close to the park which we also enjoyed. Walked across park and at other side we found ourselves at the old bi-lo shopping center which has some really good restaurants.

First time on Hilton Head Island

Great condo, quiet, clean, perfect location. We are new to HHI and everything we needed was walkable--beach, bike rentals, restaurants, groceries, ice cream, shopping. Roger was very helpful if we had questions, and responded immediately. Thanks for a relaxing Spring Break!

Memories Made

Roger went above and beyond to communicate with us and ensure we would have a wonderful time. The location was perfect and just the right amount of space. Our children have already asked to go back and we just left today! Thanks for making our first trip to Hilton Head one we will never forget.

Great Location and Very Clean

This condo was even nicer than the photos show, and easily the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. The location was perfect, so close to Coligny Beach and shopping, yet the complex was very quiet and peaceful. The pool area was nice and relaxing (and never crowded). We rented bikes from a place across the street and had the best time biking around the area. The owner was super helpful with a few questions I had ahead of our stay, check-in and condo instructions were clear and simple. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to the island.

I'm so glad you had a great time at my condo! The location is the best, and riding bikes is a must do! It's always on my list to dot when I visit. Hilton Head has the best bike paths, shaded and very flat. I like the condo to be as nice as I would want it for myself when I stay, so that is how I prefer it to be for guests. Perfect condo!

We love this condo. It is a short walk to Caligny Circle & the beach. Bike rental is right next door. The condo itself is extremely clean. All the amenities that we needed for kitchen and bath were provided. Love it being 2 floors. The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond quickly. And did I mention how nice they are? 😁

Wonderful condo, steps from beach, restaurants, shopping

Loved our stay at this condo.! Everything was perfect. Communication with Roger ( owner) was pleasant and informative, Unit had everything we needed and more. Well equipped kitchen , comfortable living space. Loved the deep bathtub. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Lovely decor. Helpful notes re TV, cable access. Location is perfect for exploring. 2 grocery shops within walking distance, many restaurants and shops close by. Neighbours pleasant and welcoming. Definitely would stay in the future. First trip to HH with family

This was our first time and we absolutely loved it! The location was amazing and when we arrived, our condo was super clean. We have twin 3 year olds and rented bikes and rode everywhere. The condo has beach wagon/chairs/umbrella which we used every day. Thanks so much!

Best all around

This condo is absolutely perfect! The location is a bike ride or short walk away from where you are wanting to go! The layout of the condo is nice and it is decorated beautifully. Roger & Vickie, the gracious hosts, were available if needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Adventure without the crowd

Our Spring break adventure is worth repeating and thanks to the Combs’ Beach condo we’ll be back this fall for another week, home away from home. We love being in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the park. The condo is supplied with the essentials for families in the kitchen and gear for the beach. Highly recommend!!
