This is a lovely Condo ,beautifully remodeled in the kitchen and bathrooms and well provisioned. Location is perfect ! because we like to cook we were especially delighted with the size of the kitchen and especially appreciated having two master suites. Any very small issues were solved immediately by the owner who was very responsive and well exceeded our expectations. This was really a delightful experience all the way around, so glad we chose this unit!

The property is beautiful and well-manicured. The condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a King bed and adjoining bathroom. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for the week. Enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony each morning at breakfast. The condo didn't have a beach umbrella, but we brought a canopy with us and left a beach umbrella in the beach locker. Everything we needed for the beach was in the beach locker. There are 3 coolers to choose from and use.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home! We had everything we needed to ensure we had a successful week. It was nice to have access to all of the beach necessities, especially the wagon. I also appreciated that you provided towels for the beach and pool. When we weren’t at the beach or pool, we were on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. The sunsets were amazing. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Best place to stay in Marco

We have been visiting Marco Island for over 25 years and have stayed in many locations there. This is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It has been renovated recently with plenty of details that make this place great. Definitely coming back next year.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The space was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach trip. The location was perfect with beautiful views, and check-in was a breeze. The beach chairs and wagon provided were a huge plus, they made getting to and from the beach so easy. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Condo was amazing. Super clean unit with everything needed during stay. Tom was wonderful to work with and check in check out process was simple. Condo complex is extremely family oriented. Locker with beach gear was well stocked and easy access. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island.

Outdated and stained furniture with minimal support. Two of the three bedroom mattresses offer no support. Mold in the shower. Hair in bathrooms (sink and shower) upon arrival. Candy wrappers in the bedrooms. The beach storage locker had a very rusty key and was filthy and disorganized, with moldy, rusty beach chairs. Pool jets were not working on days 1–3, and there was a thick film across the pool surface. Planned water-valve construction requiring the water to be shut off for four hours on day 3 was posted on day 1. Power washing of the building on days 2 and 3 was very noisy and was posted on day 2. The elevator was shut down on days 3 and 4, requiring stair use, which was difficult for accessibility, especially for those with health problems. I called the office to report the outage, but no one answered. A resident getting his mail was snide and unhelpful when I asked about elevator use. On days 5–7, construction on the property was noisy; notice was posted on day 5. Visible dirty surfaces throughout the unit. The remote control in the master bedroom works intermittently. The cabinet above the refrigerator (right side) is hanging by one screw.

Beautiful property right on Marco Island South Beach.

This was a beautiful condo with all amenities you could possibly want. The views of the ocean from the windows and balcony were amazing. This property is close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed it and would certainly come again.

Wonderful visit

Beautiful condo! Clean & spacious. Beds very comfortable. Chairs and umbrella provided for beach as well as beach toys for kids. Gorgeous views from balcony! Communication with owner great and check in/check out process very easy.

Clean, well equipped spacious condo with amazing views of the ocean! Walking distance to many places. The gym was an added benefit as well as the very warm pool.

This is a gorgeous property in the best location. The balcony is huge, perfect for sunsets and dolphin watching! Owner very responsive to questions we had. We will be back!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. Love the location so close to the beach. Very nice finishes and appliances. Comfortable beds. The third bedroom is very small with 2 twin beds and no dresser or nightstand. It would be fine for children.

An amazing stay in FL

This property and location are fabulous, and being here truly lets you enjoy the best of southern FL. Tom was a terrific host and immediately responsive, although virtually nothing was needed. The Somerset is perfectly situated on Marco Island with plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the amazing beach right outside your door. We love Marco Island!
