This bright and cheery ground level condo is part of a quiet beachfront association. Enjoy the solitude and natural beauty of the East End of Provincetown. Grab a glass of wine, and head to the private association beach, or relax with a book on your private deck.

2 BDRMs and one bath, allow for a comfortable and cozy family getaway. Families with kids will love the natural tidal pools that form during low tide. Searching for crabs, quahogging, kayaking, visiting the Monument, enjoying the history that is the foundation of Provincetown. Make time to catch breathtaking sunsets from the beach. Explore the majestic beauty of the Dunes by vehicle or foot!

Friends getaway? Enjoy quiet days at the beach, or at nearby Truro Vineyards. Hop into the center of town and grab lunch at The Patio, or sit on the waterfront deck at PePe’s, and indulge in their amazing raw bar, and delicious cocktails! Explore the many eclectic shops and art galleries. It’s a quick, and scenic 2 mile bike ride or walk into the center of town. Or grab an Uber, the bus also stops close by.

Great family vacation

Great location next to the beach! The condo is on the first floor, which is great for kids, and the accommodations are clean and had everything a family needs for a home away from home. We will stay here again!

Great place

Very nice condo 50 yards from the beach and a short drive to Ptown wharf. Owners were nice and even left a bottle of wine for us! They even let us park our boat trailer.

Great for little kids!

We had a wonderful time staying on the beach! Low tide is magical, especially wonderful for very little kids (ours are 1 and 3) - they can explore the tide pools, wade in the very calm ocean, and find lots of beach treasures. The condo is great as well. We would love to visit again!

Amazing rental!!

This is our second time renting Dawns condo and it is truly the best! My husband and I vacation here every year with our boys (7 and 5). Dawn is very responsive, the condo is clean and cozy. You can’t beat the location! We plan to stay here for years to come :)

Excellent stay!

We stay in Ptown every July and this is the first time renting through Vrbo. The condo was perfect for our family of four! It was very clean and Dawn was a great person to rent from. We hope to stay here again next year! :)

It was everything promised and more…clean, comfy and location is sweet ! Nice deck…to relax on too! Owners were very good about communicating and making sure their guests were happy! Oh and the bottle of wine was such a nice touch!

Quiet, chill beach spot close to town!

We loved our stay at Dawn's place! It was easy to find, very cozy and cute, comfortable beds, reliable internet, and everything we needed was there. The beach is truly a quick walk, and it's a really lovely beach. Very sandy and warm when the tide goes out! Dawn was really helpful and so sweet! Thank you!

A shore thing

We had such a fun stay last year that we booked our vacation here again this year! Dawn is always super responsive if you need anything. The property itself is a comfortable stay for our family of four and always super clean. We enjoyed the new deck and as always the location is perfect. We love it here and hope to come back again!

Sweet condo, amazing location

My family of 5 stayed in Dawn and Sean's condo for a week. The layout was great, and it felt spacious for its size - we never felt cramped. Dawn was so easy to communicate with, and very responsive. The condo was clean and well stocked, including beach chairs and towels. We loved being able to walk to the bay and it was a quick bike ride or drive into Ptown. We loved our stay!

Wonderful place in a great location

My wife and I recently stayed with our two teenage sons. This location is wonderful. The beach at low tide provides a magical place to wonder far out and explore. Short walk to the beach. Bus into downtown Ptown right across the street. About 1.5 miles to center of town. The place is clean and the owner is a fatastic host. Highly recommend staying here.

Another fabulous week

We returned to this property for the second year, and it didn't disappoint! The location on the bay is beautiful and great for exploration, and the condo has everything we needed for the week - beach towels and chairs, a well-stocked kitchen, and a newly renovated deck for relaxing. Dawn is super responsive, too.

A delight!

The condo is just as advertised, a short walk to a very peaceful beach (which is magical at low tide). The beds are comfy and the condo has everything you need. I'm so grateful to have found this spot. One note for light sleepers- windows in both bedrooms face east and it is very bright in the morning. Bring an eye mask!

Beautiful beach!

The property was clean and modern. We were welcomed with a nice card and a bottle of wine. Vacation began then! Dawn was communicative during the booking process - answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. The check in was great - she emailed the welcome packet and parking pass well in advance of our stay. We were minutes from the beach ( with packed cooler in tow)…the path was easy and the location of the beach makes it accessible at any tide level. It was an excellent stay at our favorite place on the cape.

The perfect spot for a family getaway

This place is a perfect spot for a family vacation. The private beach is perfect for little ones and only a short walk and driving distance to some fantastic restaurants and many other local attractions. We had mixed weather and had plenty to do. The condo is comfortable and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The owners are friendly and accommodating and quick to reply if there is anything you need. The community was a major bonus- we met so many nice people during our stay that we plan to return next year! If you wish to keep to yourself you can do that too :) I would 100% recommend!

Great Beach town VRBO

Great VRBO a short walk from the beach. Townhouse was clean, nautically decorated, quite and comfortable. Thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine. We had a little rain during our stay so we loved the baskets of games under the coffee table that we used and loved. Bedding was comfortable, outside deck was a great spot that we used to have dinner every night. Being able to do wash before leaving was great!! It's so nice to leave vacation with clean clothes. Thank you

Nice small condo

Condo was clean and bathroom was fully stocked with towels, even beach towels. Beds were comfortable even the fold out couch. The only problem we had was one of the twin beds was lacking a fitted sheet and there wasn't any sheets available to put one on the bed. Condo was within easy walk of the ocean. Area is for the most part quite with the exception of one night that someone close by was playing their music to loud. The welcoming bottle of wine was the nicest gesture we've received from any of our previous rentals.

A good find

Very nice condo. Very tidy and clean. Has a/c and fans. Easy to park, easy to load and unload. Has everything you need in the kitchen. No dining table inside but there is bar seating and then a dining table outside. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. This condo has access to a beach. But honestly I'm not sure I'd spend a ton of time there. It's pretty covered in seaweed and didn't look that inviting. There are better ones in the area. This condo is a schlep to the center of P'town. But about 15 min on a bike or 10 min with an Uber. The manager is very communicative. All in all, a good find.

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review! So happy you enjoyed your stay enough to provide us a perfect 5 star review! Quick note, recent storm brought in seaweed. Such is life at the mercy of Mother Nature! Especially with the dynamic tides of Cape Code Bay. For anyone reading this, read through the other reviews on their thoughts on the beach. We are approximately 2.5 miles to the center of town, a very quick bike ride, and would also recommend the bus which picks up right outside the parking lot, and allows you to bring your bikes! Ubers are great, but you will wait longer, especially during Carnival week (which is when this was reviewed).

Amazing!

We stayed with our boys, ages 3 and 5. Dawn is best! We were arriving with one with a cast, another with stitches, in a hurricane! She reached out to us, gave us so many options. We choose to cancel one night and come up for 4 nights. She was so caring and considerate. The condo is beautiful! Had everything you could need. Short walk down to the beach, which has a wooden walk way, which made bringing all our beach stuff so much easier. Beach is private and not crowded. We enjoyed using the grill and having dinner on the covered porch. We also took the bus into the downtown, stop is right outside of the parking lot. Parking was the easiest we've had in the area. Lots of spots and easy to get in and out. We found Puma Park in truro, best playground if you have kids. We also, love Arnold's for dinner, ice cream and Mini golf Also, hole in one donuts in Eastham, just get there early. Also, did a whale watch and took a ride to the inflatable water park. We did so much! So thankful for this trip! Cannot recommend enough! Thank you Dawn!

Easy getaway

Dawn made everything from check in to check out incredibly easy for us. We absolutely loved the location and made use of the beach for sunrise walks every day. It was nice and quick to get into the main Provincetown area but we enjoyed having a quiet place to come back and rest between meals/shopping. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free trip.

Through our travel, we have fallen in love with only a couple places that we said, "I could stay here forever". Provincetown is one of those places. Everyone should experience the breathtaking beauty of the National Seashore.

in 2020, we stayed very close to this Condo Association. We had an amazing family week. It was one of those beach vacations that we kept pinching ourselves. It was pure magic, and the definition of rest and relaxation, while still keeping us active with kayaking, biking, hiking the dunes. On a morning bike ride with my younger Son, I noticed a for sale sign posted at this association. My husband and I inquired, and drove out the following weekend for a showing. We put in an offer one week later. We have always looked for our very own beachfront vacation home. When we were walking to look at the condo, we bumped into our now neighbor, and she said, "Do it while you are young, you will regret it if you don't". Her comment truly stayed with us, and it was something we felt in our hearts was right for our family. We can see our kids coming here with their kids one day. We have built so many memories here already, in less than a year.

It's been fun opening up our home to other families, and reading the reviews and texts. People fall in love with this place, for the same reasons we did. You reset in P-town. Your soul centers, you find inspirations, healing, and enjoying the simplicity of small town living. People of all ages absolutely love the tidal pools that form during low-tide. The sunsets here are the best I have seen in my lifetime. The condo is 2 miles from the center of town, we love that you can walk into town, but that you can also be away from the crowds. We are located in the East End, right on the North Truro line. We love Atlantic Spice Company, and the Truro Vineyards. Every time we visit, we find a new bike/nature trail. We have seen whales from shore, which feels like such an amazing gift The off season is just as amazing as the summer.

Every season offers its own beauty in Provincetown. If you have never been in the off season, I encourage you to give it a try. It feels like you have the entire place to yourself. The lighting of the Monument in November is awesome. Fun events throughout the fall.
