To address your comments, the listing is not advertised with a barbecue, but there is both a barbecue and all the fire pit chairs in the garage, which you had access to with the main key. We don’t keep them out side in the wooded area, as they would get rusted and dirty, and not every guest uses them. The lakeside is naturally a wooded area, so bugs, moisture and dirt gets on furniture if left in the yard As opposed to stored in garage. Regarding towels and cookware, they have all been replaced since your review. We stay constantly booked so ordinary wear and tear on appliances is expected. The traps in the bedroom were set by our quarterly pest control company, who comes by four times a year to treat for maintenance. He had no reason to put the traps out, except for his company’s protocol. We had those removed as soon as we realized they had been placed there (because yes, they absolutely looked tacky). Regarding the downstairs finishes, the floors are brand new luxury vinyl tile, and the photos of the fixtures in the vanity and bathroom are clean and very clearly pictured on the listing prior to booking.
