Detached house located in the center of a small village, between Béarn and the Basque Country, between the Barétous Valley (La Pierre Saint Martin) and the Soule Valley (Iraty Forest, Kakuetta Gorges, Holzarte footbridge). Ground floor: - Entrance hall, separate WC. - Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven and microwave, fridge-freezer). - Living room (open fireplace, TV). - 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with en-suite shower room (sink, shower). First floor: - Landing (library) opening onto a terrace. - 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 single bed) - 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) - Bathroom, separate WC. Bed linen provided. Electric heating is extra. Storage room (washing machine, dryer). 1 outdoor toilet in the garden. At the rear of the house, a pleasant enclosed garden (accessed by steps) with views of the village church and pastures. Garden furniture and barbecue. A cleaning fee for this large house will be charged upon arrival if you have not opted for the cleaning service: €100 per stay, payable on site. 4 km from Tardets, 30 minutes from Pierre St Martin and the Holzarte gorges, spacious family home for 8 people with 6 bedrooms!
