This house is perfect for two families or multiple couples. It has 2 bedrooms on either side of the house with 2 spacious bathrooms. A large living room with a sectional as well as hanging chairs, and an open concept living space allows everyone to hang out and still watch tv and play a game at the dining room table. Please see our gallery for a video tour.

*although pool is heated, when temps get below 50* the pool will NOT get up to swimming temps of 80+, so please keep that in mind when planning your trip

Great time

house is fabulous, super location close to beaches and nightlife, pool and hot tub was a big hit with all on this vacation, host (Whitney) always available when needed, really couldn't be more pleased with house, host and location-made the trip great fun.

Clean properly

Clean well kept property. Only complaint would be the AC system had a hard time keeping up with Sarasota heat / removing the humidity in the air. I would deffinately recommend this property.

Great house for 2 families

The house was good for our 2 families and 3 small children there’s a big living area and the rooms are separated across the house for privacy. My kids loved the big back yard and swing set. Whitney responds promptly to any requests or help needed.

Great house for large family vacation

House was clean and had great features. Clean house and easy to communicate with owner. Nice open spaces in kitchen and dining room. Backyard was nice with kids.

A Refreshing Stay

What a perfect place to stay with my parents and sister and family. The house was clean and cozy, the beds comfy, and the kitchen nicely stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We loved the Sea La Vie house. It was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for adult children to spread out. We loved that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house. My grandsons enjoyed the beach toys. We also loved the very large dining room table. We will stay here again

Great for family vacation!

The house is beautiful. We loved that the common areas connect with each other so the family was always together even when we were doing different things. The property owner was always available over the phone. Overall we had a great experience.

Beautiful home close to the water.

We were in town for a fishing tournament and had an amazing stay at this home. The house was clean, updated, and comfortable. I liked the open feel and the split floor plan. Thanks again for allowing us to stay there.

Peaceful Pinecraft Getaway

We were delighted to find this well equipped new rental within walking/biking distance of the heart of Pinecraft. The four bedrooms and spacious layout of the kitchen and living room gave our family and friends plenty of space to comfortably hang out, cook and eat together. The backyard was perfect for corn hole / spike ball games that we brought along. (If we had brought our camp chairs and fire wood, we’d have enjoyed the fire pit as well). Loved our evening ice cream run to Olaf’s or AnneMarie’s, as well as the local food and produce for our meals at the house. We enjoy this neighborhood and look forward to returning to this home in the future!

Florida Vacation

This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath house on a quiet neighborhood street a short walk from Pine Craft Park, Yoders Restaurant and Big Olafs ice cream. It also has a swing set, sand box, fire pit and gas grill in the backyard if private activity is more to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay.
