This beautiful and freshly updated three-bedroom condominium is located within walking distance to the coveted white sands of Blue Mountain Beach. This unit boasts a large open floorplan with a big kitchen island and a private balcony located directly off the living room. The balcony is quiet and shaded allowing for comfortable dinners at the outdoor dining table. This unit also has a private covered Lanai area for secure outdoor storage of beach toys and chairs. It is located in the sought-after building M2 - overlooking the community's large pool and green space equipped with community gas grills. Redfish Village has private beach access with private restroom facilities located directly next to Blue Mountain beach public access and within walking distance of the community. Redfish Village is also the home to Redfish Taco Restaurant, Santa Rosa Pharmacy, a nail salon and yoga studio all on property. We are also across the street from Blue Mountain Creamery! HEATED POOL! The private beach offers a chair rental service as well.

Close to the beach
We have stayed at Red Fish Village many times and this unit is very nice. Worked out great for 4 adults and 2 small children. They had all the essentials, stuff for the beach, toys, etc. We will hopefully stay here again next fall.

Great last minute vacation
The condo was clean and just as described. We decided to go at the last minute. Jerry was wonderful to work with. The condo is loaded with everything you would need and has a lot of beach equipment.

Great place!
The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Having 3 full bathrooms was so helpful. The condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen met all of our needs. The patio was delightful to relax and dine at and the lights were a super fun bonus! The lanai was a game changer for beach stuff!! The complex itself at Redfish Village was so nicely kept, the pool was big and clean. Our kids loved the playground and nature walk space. We also loved walking to the ice cream shop and other restaurants. The beach shuttle was super helpful!! Can't wait to stay again!!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Tipsy Turtle. It was one of the most relaxing vacations yet. We had everything we needed at the condo. Beds are so comfortable. A/C was perfect! Kitchen fully equipped. The owner was so helpful with any questions, checkin/checkout. We want to return next year.

Wonderful week at the beach
The condo was beautiful and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for our family. The beach chairs that were provided were great for the beach. Also, we loved that the beach wasn’t so crowded. There weren’t rows of chairs like other parts of 30A. We enjoyed the restaurants that Jerry suggested to us, and the kids loved walking across the street to Blue Mountain Creamery. We hope to be back again soon.

Peaceful community
This was our second trip to 30a and I must say we were extremely satisfied with the Tipsy Turtle and the Redfish Community. This area was very peaceful and relaxing and the condo was exceptionally nice and very well kept. Jerry was very accommodating and very prompt with his responses if you had any questions or concerns. He provided some good recommendations for places to eat and activities around the area. We will definitely revisit the Tipsy Turtle next time we are in Santa Rosa.

Excellent family option
Our family of four had a great time at the Tipsy Turtle. The unit was very clean and stocked with every kitchen item needed to prepare meals in the unit. Kids loved the pool, green space, and outdoor games available within the community. The unit was quiet and a the patio was a great spot to relax after a day at the beach or pool. Jerry was very responsive and an accommodating host. Excellent experience all around. Will look to return to the Tipsy Turtle in the future.

Family friendly condo w/ great location
We loved staying at this property. It is in a super convenient location! We loved being close to the creamery and cowgirl kitchen. The beach is a short walk away. Super family-friendly; the pools are great for kids, too. This condo in particular is nice because it has a lanai. The owner was very responsive, thoughtful, and kind. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay here and we hope to return soon!

Great location. Easy access to the beach by way of either the golf cart shuttle or a one block walk. Lovely pool. Owner provided a whole slew of toys for beach or pool which our kids thoroughly enjoyed daily. Very family friendly arrangement. Thoroughly enjoyed staying there!

The condo was exactly as advertised! We had everything we needed and the condo was spacious and comfortable. The complex was wonderful, with so many amenities. We used the shuttle to the beach a number of times, which was a great service to have. Our condo manager messaged several times during our stay to check in on us. We would recommend this property for sure!!

Great condo for the family, conveniently located by the pool!
Our family had a wonderful stay at the Tipsy Turtle!! The condo is spacious, beautifully appointed, and very conveniently located to the pool. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Ice cream shop right across the road, an easy stop on your way to or from the beach or even both! The beach and water are beautiful. Although you can carry your own beach chairs and umbrella just know that they have chairs and umbrellas for rent and it pretty much takes up most of the beach so you’re probably better off just renting one of those, otherwise, you will have to set up behind those chairs. Redfish village offers an on-demand shuttle to the beach, but we just found it easier to make the short walk each time. Jerry was absolutely wonderful as far as communication and went above and beyond to give pointers and tips on places to visit and see while there. A great vacation!

This was probably one of my favorite condos I have stayed in on 30a Everything was perfect Everything was as described The beach toys and chairs were a plus. The chairs were the good backpack chairs and they were clean! Jerry was fast to respond to text and so helpful. I hope to stay here again! The beds were all comfy!

The condo, it's location and everything else was great! The condo was more spacious than I gathered from the online photos. Jerry, the owner, was welcoming and was there if I needed him. The supplied beach chairs and umbrella in the lanai were key! The kitchen had any and all utensils and dishes and pots/pans one could need. The only thing lacking was salt & pepper - ha! The location was great too. The kids were able to walk over to the Creamery for ice cream or sodas from a nearby gas station. RedFish Taco was delicious, and the live music was fun. We were a short walk to the public beach access or you can use the RedFish shuttle to get to their private beach entrance, and their chair/umbrella supplier. Blue Mountain is quieter than the other 30A towns and we were SO thankful for that especially during spring break. There were gobs of teens in Seaside and Seagrove. If I have to nit-pick, I will mention the parking spot labels. They're super small and the parking garage is not well lit. Our kids had to get out of the car to look at placards upon our first arrival to even see where we were supposed to go. For this condo, go left once you enter the garage and it's spot is all the way down on the right side. The other nit-pick (from my husband) was that the trash chute is a little walk from the condo. That didn't bother me tho as that was his duty. :-) A great stay! Thanks, Jerry!

The Tipsy Turtle is located in a quieter, less congested area of 30A. The unit itself is very nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you can imagine. The heated pools are very clean and the community grilling area is impeccably clean. You can walk to restaurants and ice cream. I would recommend this spot for families or groups of friends.
