An amazing property right on the beach in Lincoln City. Perfect for families, with lots of sleeping areas and a fully stocked game cupboard. Such a unique home and we look forward to returning. Loved the pictures of the home in its past historical states. Thank you for providing a clean, beautiful place for us to spend time with my parents.

Amazing stay, hosts are pros! I was a little concerned about staying in an older home (notorious for quirks) but this one is so clean and well appointed all worries were for nothing. Our multigenerational group of nine had a fabulous time here, would definitely stay again.

No heat in lower far back bedroom so it got chilly. No lighting in either shower. Coffee pot was broken but easily and promptly replaced. Kitchen is small for large groups. The view and the hosts were/are excellent! The location is perfect with the yard and stairs to the sea! The hot tub was clean and wonderfully relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you to your group for staying at Stairs to the Sea. It's the best when you find the perfect location. Soaking in a hot tub as you watch the waves is the best. I'll check the back bedroom where the vent must be closed. Summer & fall were unusually warm which is why that vent can get closed. Happy I was able to help with a new coffee pot delivery.

This was the perfect location and home for our family to gather, and celebrate birthdays and our 40th wedding anniversary. Our grandchildren, ages 2-11, got to see and explore the Pacific coast for the first time. We were literally steps from the sea! We woke up to the amazing view of the coastline and watched the beautiful sunset while enjoying a family meal around the spacious dining room table. The home provides lots of room for a multi-generational family and several amenities to make your stay comfortable. We can't wait to stay here again someday!

The beach views were incredible. The house was very comfortable and fit our group of family members! Called the host regarding full trash. They immediately sent someone out to empty it. The communication with them was wonderful. Would definitely rent from them again. The House had everything we needed and then some great stay!

The house is in a great area with beautiful views, a yard and very easy access to the beach. Communication from Karen was excellent. The DVD player didn't work and she had another dropped off the same day! We all loved our stay!

We had our family vacation here and it was the perfect location and the home fit us beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped to cook family meals and living area was cozy. The view is absolutely spectacular and the small yard made it extra fun for all of the grandchildren.The homeowner was professional and easy to work with and we would most definitely recommend this rental to another family.

I loved this place! Very accommodating and easy to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the beach really is just steps away! Will most definitely stay here again and the guests I had with me want to book for their families too!

Loved this property and location! The house has a really nice section of beach and of course the easy access was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Most of the house and major things (sheets, towels, dishes) seemed clean but we did find some trash under and around several of the beds. Other than that, everything was great!

GREAT VIEW

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is the total convince package. It will meet everyone's needs. large windows with the best views, hot tub for warming up, and no need to pack up all the gear of the beach because you are literally steps from it. We loved this house. The only problem we had was with the fridge but got it remedied right away.

Beautiful view, lots of windows! Loved being right on the beach. House was clean, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Showers are very small, but that was a minor issue. Highly recommend this house!

The views and access to the beach from this place are amazing! It is a perfect spot for large groups/families with the many bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Host was responsive.
