Hello. Everything was fine beside the outside areas not being the cleanest. Chairs and tables were pretty dirty on decks. Pool sticks were unusable and no darts in house.The house was nice and definitely enough space for a large group. Could use some TLC

15 people mix of young and old. Loved the lake location and we managed to pull in a few nice fish. Game room and ping pong table were perfect. Huge kitchen and wonderful fire pit.
