You will love to meet up with friends or family in this house with its large living room, a real place of conviviality. Back from the beach, some will gather around a board game, others will prepare the meal, the youngest will be busy reading a comic book, while the team's musician will play a few notes on the piano. The most tired will lounge on the deckchairs in the garden.

This pretty charming house is located 1000m from the beach of Chaucre.
It consists of a main building, with a large living room (open fitted kitchen, dining room, living room, fireplace), a separate toilet, a shower room, a bedroom with a 160*200 bed. An annex house next to the main house has a bedroom with a 160*200 bed, another "family" room with 2 beds of 80*200 which can be joined together for a single bed and a mezzanine bed of 140*200, a shower room/WC.
The annex is ideal for leaving a little independence to another couple or to older teenagers.
In the living room, a sofa bed with a real mattress in 140*200cm will allow 2 people to sleep. A screen creates a separation from the rest of the living room.
All the bedrooms and the living room overlook the garden with trees and flowers, away from the street.
The table in the dining room can accommodate 8 people, the one in the kitchen 4 people, the garden table for 8 to 12 people (extendable).
