We offer to rent this charming apartment with exterior located less than a kilometer from the beach. It’s the perfect place for a couple. Located on the 4th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room, open kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with bath). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The accommodation consists of:
- A living room with TV and an open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker... and double access to the outside.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160,200)
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following complementary equipment : high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, fan, table and iron.

Exterior:
- A balcony, a terrace to enjoy the good weather

The apartment is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private parking lot.

The apartment was quite spacious and well equipped. It was easy to walk to Point Rouge for restaurants and recreation. The host was quite responsive and helpful.

Easy check-in. Bed was comfortable (maybe a little soft, but fine). Place was quiet. Wifi worked fine. Location was great for our purposes (visiting friends who lived close by) and drive into centre of city was fine by car (took about 30 minutes). Nice beaches and promenade to walk along very close by. 🙁 2 out of the 3 hobs were not working, but resolved by contacting hosts. Finding the bin room to throw away the rubbish was a challenge.."

Alles in allem: eine absolute Zumutung! Schon die Außenanlagen wirken vernachlässigt und abschreckend. Der im Inserat zugesicherte Parkplatz existiert nicht. Die wenigen „Visitor“-Plätze waren belegt – wir mussten an der Straße parken. Der „Check-in“ erfolgte durch eine Putzfrau ohne englische Sprachkenntnisse. Die Eingangstüre zum Apartment war defekt und ließ sich nur halb öffnen.Im Apartment selbst: ein penetranter Gestank nach altem Fett. Der Küchenlüfter pfiff schrill, funktionierte aber nicht. Auf allen Flächen lag ein Fettfilm. Im Teppich vor der Couch: Haare und Krümel. Das Bett war nicht das beworbene, sondern ein billiges Metallgestell mit Holzlatten – Schlafen darauf unmöglich. Das Schlafzimmer sah völlig anders aus als im Inserat. Der Balkon war stark verdreckt, das Apartment insgesamt in einem Zustand, der in keiner Weise der Beschreibung entsprach.Die Reaktion der Agentur: Null. Kein Ansprechpartner, keine Hilfe, keine Kulanz. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, weil Zustand und Geruch unzumutbar waren. Die Rückerstattung von 120 Euro durch FeWo ist ein Hohn. Denn auch erst nach der Buchung wurde klar, dass ein französischer Anbieter dahintersteht – mit entsprechend komplizierter Rechtslage.Unser Fazit: FeWo ist für uns endgültig keine Buchungsplattform mehr. Intransparent, unkontrolliert, nicht vertrauenswürdig

Le logement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la literie est confortable, la cuisine est très fonctionnelle, la terrasse offre une jolie vue sur la mer… Pareil pour l’accueil, membre de l’agence très sympathique, nous avons été très bien accueillies avec mon amie. Le quartier est aussi très agréable et bien desservi par les transports. Rien à redire, vous pouvez réserver ce logement les yeux fermés !"
