Large Spacious Home with Pool - Perfect place for Entertaining! Prime Location!

Do you love to entertain? If so, look no further! This home has everything you need for large family gatherings or your own private oasis. If you have more than 10 guests, please let me know so I can offer alternate accommodations. Enjoy the salt water INGROUND POOL with a diving board, open Memorial Day - October 1st (typically sooner/later, weather permitting). Pets are welcome, no CATS please! Grab a cool beverage from the outdoor shed refrigerator, complete with a bathroom. If you're not up for a swim, catch some rays on the wrap around concrete deck, relax on the comfortable outdoor sectional underneath the pergola or get cozy on the wooden double swings while roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. If you prefer the indoors, head to the finished basement to enjoy a drink at the bar, play a round of pool, darts or ping pong, or relax on the couch and watch TV. You can even get your workout on in the GYM or enjoy a competitive game of basketball in the Cul de sac.

This home is located in close proximity to downtown Kansas City, Chiefs and Royals stadiums, SportingKC, casinos, shopping centers, multiple youth sports complexes and much more! After a fun day of exploring all that Kansas City has to offer, relax in one of the NINE (9) comfortable beds, including three king and six queens.

This home has been in the family for more than 50 years and we want you to enjoy it as much as we have! If there is anything I can do to make your stay more comfortable, please let me know. I look forward to having you as my guest!

The whole house was wonderful. Had room for our whole family. We were all in town for a wedding. The kids loved the pool. The adult enjoyed relaxing outside during the day and evening. Great people to work with

This is an amazing property! There was more than enough room for all of us to be together and spread out to our own spots if we needed to. The house is in a great neighborhood, and groceries, coffee, gas, and restaurants are all convenient to get to. We were able to host a gathering with family and friends there-the pool was a huge hit and we really enjoyed it. Mike was super responsive to any of our questions, and if we ever have such a large group together in town again, we will definitely chek to see if Mike's house is available.

Had a great time in the basement area with a lot of activities to do ! Definitely had ample enough space to sleep our crew of 20 people! Great neighborhood and very beautiful house .

We had a great time with family. Pool was very nice. Got to enjoy the fire pit. Had some weather during the week but mostly overnight so it didn't affect our day activities. Had little trouble with the pool but Mike came and took care of the problem and we were able to continue enjoying our vacation. Had plenty of room for everyone to do their thing. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed at this house twice (2022 & 2026) with our entire family (10 adults & 8 kids). Both experiences have been totally enjoyable! The pool is awesome! The fire pit with swings to fit so many in the evenings is wonderful, even in the summer! Our grandsons loved the outside bball goal in the cul-de-sac. And if the weather doesn’t cooperate or you want to stay cool, there are tons of inside activities for all ages: pool table, ping-pong, darts, TVs, games, etc. We took advantage of a very close neighborhood park to play pickleball. (Pro tip: we brought 4 extra rolls of tp, we should have brought 5 for our 5-day stay.)

This home was everything that was on the website and more, we didn't get to use the pool, we will have to come back at a later time during the summer, we had lot of room, and we felt right at home, we had no issue's.......would love to come back! in 2027

This property was a great place for our family to spend time together! We had plenty of space for the twelve of us to spread out when needed, but also to spend time all together. The pool was wonderful, and our teens (and adults) enjoyed playing pool and ping pong, too! The house itself was lovely, but also comfortable; I never felt the need to worry about the kids damaging fragile items. There was plenty of room for parking, and the neighborhood was a nice area to walk around. The kitchen had all of the basics and a lot of surprise appliances, too. Our host was awesome! He met us at the house, and was back at least once during our visit. He was quite welcoming, and gave us lots of helpful hints. Best of all, he was easy to reach with any questions we had along the way!
