Family vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Panama City Beach! The location was very nice, short walk to the beach and pools and close to restaurants, stores, etc. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean! One morning we even saw 3 dolphins swimming past! We would stay here again next time we come to this area!!

Loved our stay!

The property and unit were beautiful. The location was perfect. The pools and fitness center were clean. We enjoyed the live entertainment at the Skybar. We will plan another visit during the warmer months so we can experience everything the area has to offer!

Birthday Trip!

We had the most amazing time in this condo for my son's birthday! There were enough beds and dishes for everyone to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the coffee maker and other small comforts this unit has. We look forward to staying again! Thank you for the hospitality.

The property was clean and beautiful! It had room for everyone to have their own space (traveling with 2 teenagers!). The view was amazing! Condo had everything we needed! Owners were great to work with!

BEST PLACE EVER!

I am absolutely pleased with everything that was in the condo. Could not have asked for better communication with the property manager that’s for sure!! I WILL RECOMMEND this place to anyone that asks me where to stay with beach front and AWESOME views of the ocean!! Rate this stay 15/10 for sure and we WILL be back!!

Very Pleasant Condo

Condo was clean upon arrival and check process was easy. The condo was exactly like the pictures online. The balcony door was a little hard to open and close but everything else was nice.

Top Notch

The booking process was great. Checking in was even better! The condo, absolutely cannot be beat! Everything you need for your stay is here, including beach toys and chairs! The owner did not spare anything! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is beautifully decorated as well! The beds were comfy, we slept great each night. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook meals, when we did. I have seen a lot of condos stocked with the cheapest of everything. Not this one. Like i said, the owner did not spare anything! Having coffee every morning on the balcony was amazing! What an awesome view! The area the condo is in is as great as the condo! I would definitely book this condo again!

Great Property

We stayed for a short vacation to bring in the new year! Not our first time in Panama but our first time staying at the Emerald Resort. We loved to building and everything is had to offer. Having a Starbucks and tiki bar poolside was awesome! Super close to everything! Amazing view! Tons of space. only small complaint was the water heater runs out quick. Maybe a bad element - after a shower and a half it was ice cold. Which was inconvenient for a large family. Furnace also needs a new filter (just telling to help out). They had beach toys and chairs which was nice since we didn’t fully pack like our usual longer trips. Everything took cook with. And plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend this unit.

The door code was not sent to us. I had to message the owner. I told him that we had bought cold and frozen food for our stay and it was quickly getting warm waiting in our car even with the ignition running. He was apologetic and gave us the lock box combination to be able to get in the room. He said he would work on getting the code sent to us. By this time, it was at least 45 minutes or longer past check in time. Our room was not clean. Nothing had been touched from the previous occupants. Beds were not changed, towels were in a pile in the tub along with hair and toothpaste in the sink and hair in the shower. I again message the owner and he quickly messaged back that he was sending some people right away. An hour and 20 minutes later the cleaning crew came. It took them over an hour to clean the condo. We missed an entire afternoon on the beach that we love so much because I wasn’t about to leave all our belongings with other people in the room. Also, there was actually no where to place our stuff that wasn’t in the way of the housekeeping crew! They didn’t leave enough pool bracelets so I had to message the owner again about that. Someone brought extra pool bracelets on the third day of our trip. Thank goodness we were never asked to show those. No considerations were made for the inconveniences we experienced. We would not stay here again.

Excellent Emerald Beach Condo

We prefer Emerald Beach over all others in PCB and have stayed in several condos here. This one was our favorite. Not over-decorated (a big plus, with several children) and a bunch of nice touches like beach/pool equipment, some snacks/condiments/coffee/tea for the kitchen, and toiletries in the restrooms. Owners were pleasant to interact with. Would definitely select this one over others if prices are comparable when we plan another stay.

Beautiful Views Fair Price

We were very pleased with this property. We reached out to the owners just a few times like extending our stay and they were very responsive. The property is exactly as listed, it is nice and we did see dolphins from our balcony. The price was very fair, of course it was also the off season we stayed which may effect the rates.

Nice condo

Our first time to PCB and it's a very nice place to stay overall. Clean wise it was ok. Definitely needed a good overall dusting and the inside of the oven was full of grease epically the bottom of it. Also to get the dishwasher to run you had to reset the breaker in the panel and then it would work? The views from the balcony of the water were great and we don't feel you could ask for a much better location. It was close to Pier Park, the fishing pier and a lot of other attractions. Defiantly would go back again.

Ocean view PCB

The condo was nice . When we arrived it was pretty dirty ( mainly floors , curtains, and kitchen counter) I had to clean it myself . The guest bathroom didn’t have any hot water in the sink , the shower curtain rod was falling down , the tile above the shower had water damage and looked bad. The towel rack in the guest bathroom was under the sink . Minor things , but when you pay a good amount of money for a place , you would expect it to be better. In the rental description it states they have beach chairs and umbrellas. I ASSUMED that meant chair rental at beach, but that’s not the case . Chair rental is available for $45 a day . Condo is nicely stocked with everything you need though. And the views were absolutely beautiful!

Amazing View!! Great Location!!

The condo is beautiful with gorgeous views from the living room and the master bedroom. The bed slept great, clean sheets and lots of towels and beach towels. It was also stocked with paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee bar. It is in a great location. Walking distance to Sharky"s, Senior Frogg"s, Runaway Island and A pizza place, Across the street is an express mart and an Alvin"s. You can park your car and walk to everything. It is a short drive to Pier Park. The room is on the 19th floor so you have an amazing view of the ocean. We saw dolphins and a sea turtle. The elevators were very fast. Nice pool area with a bar. ( Drinks are expensive). There is a closet full of floats chairs and sand toys. My complaints are that the condo looked as if it hadn't been dusted for months and the floors were dirty and mirrors were smeared and the bedroom door to the balcony was dirty. The curtains were dirty . The air filter was very dirty and needs replacing. All the baseboards and headboard, and light fixtures were all dusty. Found dirty washrag behind the bed and dirty socks in closet. Owners were willing to have someone come over and fix things but at that point it was too late. We had waited to 4:00 to check in and those things should have been done prior to our arrival. The toaster and coffee maker needs replacing. They work but they are old. Furniture needs some updating or cleaning. The shower door is hard to close and the sliding door to balcony is hard to open. And the dishwasher didn't work. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo especially when there was a 155.00 cleaning charge. I didn't expect to have to clean while I was on vacation.

Lyzah and I are from Nashville, TN. We have 2 amazing little girls, 2 yrs and 5 months. So if you call, don't be surprised if there are screaming babies and Disney blaring in the background.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We started coming down to PCB when Todd was in the Army. He was stationed not too far away at Ft Rucker AL. Once we got married, we started coming down just to let off steam. So we've become really attached to the area.

We picked this place up because we have been coming here for years and absolutely love the white sand beaches. Now that we have little ones, we expect to be making it down much more often. We are super excited to start making memories with the little ones here. PCB is actually both of our girls 1st beach.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I'd say the most unique aspect of our place is the Oceanfront View from the 19TH Floor. The views from both the balcony and bay window are spectacular. It is definitely what made us fall in love with the place. There is also a lot of separation between the Master and 2nd Bedroom, so you can still enjoy some peace and quiet even if you have kids or guests.
