Welcome to our " Korner Kabin " Cozy and relaxing! Our home offers almost all the amenities you might expect for home. All the meanwhile being surrounded by the wonderful outdoors. You can enjoy just relaxing inside with the spectacular views or step outside and venture for yourself. Our cabin is off Main street and minutes from the Little Colorado River. You are just about a 5 minute short drive to the Greer lakes, Bunch,Tunnel, River Resovoir's. And minutes from Goverment Spring Trailhead, 20 min drive from Sunrise ski resort!

Never disappoints

We wanted to come back to Greer for fall colors and we had such a great stay a couple of months ago that we booked this place again. The location and accommodations are so perfect. We plan to make this our go-to spot whenever we visit.

Perfect getaway

This place was perfect for our 4-person family, but could definitely have accommodated a larger group. It was in a perfect location, well-cared for, and super clean. We will happily book again in the future.

Greer Hiking Trip

we had a wonderful time staying at this house and working with Bobby was great. He was very helpful and prompt with any need we had. This house worked great for our family with lots of room and close to a lot of good hikes.

Beautiful cabin, Beautiful view!

The cabin was immaculate and in such a beautiful location. I could see all the leaves changing with the all the aspens out front from all the picture windows on the first floor. Everything I could possibly need was provided. All my kids were jealous it was just me and my dog and they all want to come stay the Kozy Kabin. Thank you for a perfect getaway! Everything was A plus!

Beautiful cabin in Greer❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at this perfect cabin, it is spacious and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only downfall is the TV situation, there are tvs in so many of the rooms and a big screen tv in the main room. The problem is none of them work, no service, no signal. Netflix worked sometimes but also couldn’t connect for most of the time. We had planned on a quiet weekend and lots of football, that certainly didn’t happen.
