Appalachian Seasons is a charming, rustic, three-level cabin that has new owners who have just completed a huge renovation with lots of beautiful updates and upgrades, new furniture and features, and have successfully converted what was a "diamond in the rough" into a "crown jewel!"

Appalachian Seasons accommodates up to ten guests with three bedrooms, a loft with a Queen sleeper sofa, and three full bathrooms. Each level has a bedroom and a bathroom. The main level features the kitchen, open dining area, and great room. The great room boasts wood floors, soaring vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning stone fireplace, and a large HDTV with a DVD Player. New furniture, decor, paint, and light fixtures elevate the look and feel in the main-level living and dining areas. The main-level King bedroom offers an HDTV and a full bathroom with a jetted Jacuzzi-style tub and shower combo. Walk out to the rear deck to enjoy a cozy setting surrounded by mature hardwood trees and photogenic mountain views, including Grandfather Mountain. A covered front porch spans the width of the cabin. There is an open-air courtyard with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace, Adirondack seating, a grill, and a picnic table for outdoor dining.

The lower level features a den and game room with comfy furniture, an HD Smart TV with a Nintendo Wii game console, a gas log fireplace, and a new multi-cade arcade table loaded with dozens of fun arcade games! The lower level rear deck looks down at a charming backyard, out at Grandfather Mountain through mature hardwood trees, and has a hot tub for guests to enjoy. The lower level bedroom sleeps up to 4 guests, with a Queen bed, a Twin bed, and a Twin trundle bed. There is also an HD Smart TV in the bedroom. The lower level full bathroom offers a tub and shower combo.

The upstairs features the primary Master suite with a King bed, HDTV, and private ensuite full bathroom. The upstairs loft serves as a comfy sitting area and a fourth bedroom with a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa.

In addition to the updates and upgrades, Appalachian Seasons provides digital cable TV programming, high-speed Wifi internet, Nintendo Wii game console, DVD player, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and central HVAC with air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Centrally and conveniently located, Appalachian Seasons sits in the bullseye of the High Country! Less than a mile off of HWY 105 in the quaint village of Foscoe, the cabin is only 7 miles from Boone, 8 miles from downtown Banner Elk, and 10 miles from downtown Blowing Rock. The village of Valle Crucis, with its famous Original Mast General Store and riverfront community park, is a short 6-mile drive away. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Sugar Mountain Public Golf Club are 6 miles away. Appalachian Ski Mountain is about 12 miles away, and Beech Mountain Ski Resort is 14 miles away. The Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Line Park is less than 5 miles away. Grandfather Mountain and its popular Profile hiking trails are also about 5 miles away. The Alpine Wilderness Run outdoor roller coaster is less than 6 miles away. Tweetsie Railroad amusement park is less than 13 miles away. The Watauga River is less than 1/2 mile away. The New River is within 10 miles of the cabin, and the Elk River is within 9 miles. The Linville Falls and Linville Caverns are about 20 miles away, and Watauga Lake is less than 30 miles away.
