After your sun-soaked day at the beach, retreat to “Après Sea” – your family’s perfect getaway along 30A.
This beautifully designed 4-bedroom, 5.5-bath home is tucked inside the peaceful Creek Park at Magnolia in Seacrest Beach, where families come to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.
Cruise around town in style with the included 6-seater golf cart – your easy, breezy ride to shops, dining, and the sugar-white sand. Après Sea sits just 0.5 miles from its private, deeded beach access and only 60 steps from the sparkling community pool, giving you the best of both worlds.
Inside, you’ll find designer details and plenty of space for up to 16 guests. The open-concept living area features a cozy oversized sectional (perfect for movie nights or rainy-day hangouts), and the dining area comfortably seats your whole group. Slide open the wall of glass doors and let the Florida sunshine pour in, or gather on the screened-in porch for relaxed evenings of conversation.
The chef’s kitchen is a dream for entertaining, with open shelving, modern appliances, and both drip and Keurig coffee options to fuel your mornings. Laundry facilities and an outdoor shower make beach days easy and carefree.
